The pasture includes a pond and approximately 40 cattle, including a bull and cows with calves. Guests who choose to go into the cattle pasture with their dogs are welcome to do so, but please keep in mind that this is an active livestock pasture and is not maintained specifically for dog activity. Cattle behavior around unfamiliar people and dogs can be unpredictable, especially when calves are present. I have 3.24 acres that is unfenced for now that I own in sunset Texas. I am looking at purchasing the 4 acres next to my property to add to it. We are in the country off a dirt road. We have lots of space and open area for dogs to play. We do have stickers that are getting treated and we are trying to get rid of them so I don’t recommend any dogs that are long haired. We have three dogs on property as well as a goat, 20 chickens, and 6 snakes inside. I have access to a water spicket outside to fill up a water bowl if needed. This is an open field acre - area that is available for you and your fur baby to run around and play in a traffic free field that has room for obstacles, training, digging, and anything else you’d like to partake in! It is far off from any open roads to avoid any accidents that might occur to your fur baby! It does not have a gate so it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your doggo at all times. There is a water hose outside of the housing unit nearby, as well as dog waste bags, drinking water bowls, and some miscellaneous dog toys for your baby to play with. There is an option of the smaller open field directly behind my housing unit as well as the larger open field area a house down from my unit. Both areas are open and available for you to decide of which area you’d like to utilize, with parking nearby.

People in the area are dog friendly but this is not a fenced dog park, it is a wooded area to do hiking up some rocky sloping hills and see interesting nature.
