Beautiful backyard maintained weekly. Grass is typically 2.5-3 inches in the fenced in area for our child to run around. We have a hose, along with an electrical outlet. Our driveway is long, so bring whatever vehicles you need! Have a bunch of vehicles? Park in the front yard and by the road. We will have bottled water for humans, along with basic snacks, nothing too extraordinary. If it starts to rain on you, no problem… the garage port will keep you dry! Dogs poop.. we get it. There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. A beautiful 20 acre ranch with options galore! We have a fully stocked pond if you want to fish while your dog plays or swims! Meander through the back 10 acres which is open pasture plus a wooded duck pond (accessible through the gate outside the mud lot. Go between the first barn and horse mud lot into grassy area. Behind the little shelter on the outside there’s a gate into the farm land. Walk along fence line to back acreage -map in the last picture) We are building an obstacle course up front (while it’s for horses, doggos are welcome to use it too!), need a fully fenced in area?
