The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it may not be a comfortable 65-70.

We also offer a discount for our visitors who are bringing dogs that they are fostering for shelter or rescue groups (message us for $5 off discount code before booking).

Welcome to your pup’s new favorite spot! This fully fenced-in yard is perfect for small and large pups alike. You’re welcome to off-leash your dog in the Sniffspot, of course! We also have poop bags, water bowls and clean water, and plenty of toys we rotate out on a regular basis. We also offer Sniffpass monthly memberships, which allow you to visit our spot at a discount. Please feel free to message if you have any questions, or if you or your pup require any additional accommodations.

Our spot is named after our rescue chihuahua, Sami! I have a fully fenced backyard here in Lakewood, that has everything you and your dog will need for a fun & relaxing visit. It's a private oasis for both dogs and humans! There's a good mix of sun and shade from the large mature trees and the patio umbrella. We are a pesticide free/ organic yard, and I spray Wondercide cedar oil for flea and tick control once a month. Squirrels & birds like to visit our yard, and your dog is welcome to chase them away if they're into that! 🐿️ For the dogs, we will have: a water bowl, ice bowl, waste bags, an elevated cooling dog bed, and a splash pad that connects to the hose available for you to use. You can also just use our hose nozzle if "spray me directly in the mouth" is more of your dog's vibe! (Just please turn the water off at the spigot when not using it). I'll leave two towels out for drying off. For the humans: There are two rattan seats available along with a 6 seater patio set with umbrella. I'll have bug spray, sunblock, hand sanitizer, snacks, and bottled water available. Please feel free to use the bluetooth speaker on the table to play music! Please no digging in the gardens or the yard, and please throw all garbage and bagged dog waste into the large black trash bin near the garage. There is a chimenea and wood pile available for you to use weather permitting. Used dog water bowls go through our dishwasher in-between guests and I try to keep my yard and the toys as clean as possible. I will be inside but available, if you need anything during your visit!

This is a dog's paradise! Plenty of room to run free, dig and be happy! There's a large dirt mound in the back for those that love to hunt, dig or climb. Ample shade on 3/4 of an acre. We'll provide sticks, toys and a small kiddy pool for cooling off (initially covered so you can decide how wet they get). We look forward to making your dog's day! Please park in the back of the house.

Easily accessible fenced in backyard with boardwalk. There is a hook to hang the leash over you enter, some shelves to hold water bottles, and plenty of toys to choose from. There is also a bench to hang out on while your pup is enjoying the yard. There is a chicken coop where your dog can meet chickens and the two rain barrels may be used to provide water for your dog. Enjoy!

4ft fence, perfect to play off leash. There is a dog pool if dogs like to splash around. Feel free to use the hose to fill up pool or dog bowl. There is a small portable fence that can be used to wrap around the water garden feature to prevent the dogs from jumping in as that can get them muddy.

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

Vinyl fence, 5' tall. Over Summer 2024, we are installing PVC coated galvanized wiring to keep pups of all sizes secure and safe. Our neighborhood is calm and friendly, lots of families and people walking their dogs. Our nextdoor neighbor has a friendly Yorkie, who likes people and dogs. She may be on a lead outside on the back deck or out front. We have a hose for hot days, and sometimes we'll have our doggy pool, hammock, and/or badminton net out - all of which you're welcome to use! We have a bin with dog supplies such as waste bags, water dish & water, and a towel. You can find it by the picnic table with the umbrella. NO pesticides/chemicals used on our property! We love dogs of ALL breeds, and we love rescue dogs! 🐾

1 acre of relaxation and recreation. Open field, wooded area and a small hill leading to The Black River. Your dogs will LOVE romping around the yard, hill as well as playing and swimming in the river! Also, you can stay as long as you’d like and I don’t charge extra. My fee is for the day, you can even leave and come back.

The property is split into two levels with the lower backyard level having creek access. Perfect for pups to cool off on hot summer days. Plenty of sun and shade throughout the property. Come enjoy this secluded and beautiful property today! *Let them play in the creek from bend to bend! The Metro Parks owns 200 acres that butt up to my property (meeting halfway into the creek). NOTE: We are currently only accepting a limited number of memberships at this spot. We do not accept individual bookings. Please message me if you would like to become a member. We may have a spot open. Note: There is a public sidewalk that is very close to one side of the fence. Please note that if your pup can jump up or over a 3 1/2 foot fence AND is prone to jumping up when people or other dogs walk by the fence, then this site will NOT be safe for your pup. This spot is best for small to medium dogs or dogs that are not triggered by people and other dogs. Welcome to our yard! We offer a convenient location for you to bring your medium or small sized pup for some outdoor off-leash time. We have trees and grassy areas with lots of smells for your dog to sniff. We also have benches and a small shelter with a chair and table for your comfort. Great space to let your dog off leash to safely play, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. We supply dog treats as well as toys. Water and a bowl are also available. Everything can be found in the storage box in the little green shelter. If you are reserving a time when it is dark outside, the spot is lit up from the large street light. We do not have any other lights in the spot. There is a portable light in the little green shelter that you can switch on if needed. We recommend bringing a flashlight in the rare event that the street light does not turn on. Gate Entrance: Sidewalk on the street side of the house. Depending on how close you park, you will need to walk your dog on a leash at least 200ft to reach the chain link gate entrance to the spot. Clean up: Poop bags are provided and can be disposed of in metal garbage can located in the green shelter. We do our best to check the spot between guests and we trust that each guest is cleaning up after their pup. If you happen to run across something we missed from a previous guest, please let us know.

Hey! This is a huge fenced in yard. The driveway part is open (for now.) to allow any wildlife to escape before my dog or yours uses the yard. I have a lot of rabbits and chipmunks hopping around that dogs can’t catch. Logs for them to hop over and much more. It’s a fun space I have badminton/ volleyball net up as well as a trampoline that humans are free to explore. Any questions feel free to message me.

There are 2 firepits and a Fridge for beverages or a clean cooler for ice. Alcohol is permitted...but be responsible. Smaller firepit is the more practical one and in full view of the backyard. Bring own wood and Firestarters. Fires must be in control and not raging. Hose will be provided. Anyone who wants to use the firepit must inform at booking in the notes. Parking is the right side of the garage or on the grass to the right side of the garage. House is vacant and being remodeled. I live next door.

Fully fenced, "escape-proof" back yard, with plenty of off-street parking on double-wide driveway in quiet neighborhood. Dog-park style double gated entry/exit to back yard, board on board fence for privacy (black aluminum fencing with shrubs across the back). 2 large maple trees provide plenty of shade in the summer. Adirondack chairs and table located on the brick patio (shaded in summer with awnings) for owners to relax while your pups are enjoying the space. Water bowl provided with large cooler to easily refill the bowl, along with poop bags and trash can for easy disposal. Our dogs love this space, and we hope yours will too!
