55Dogs loved it! Only down side was that they kept stealing the sticks we were using to clear some spider webs in the path. They left tired and happy, we will be coming back! (Make sure you pack some bug spray) Zarina L.

55I love going to a spot where I can get some exercise in along with the dogs. This place is really cool and seems like a hiking trail without the traffic. I have a reactive dog, so it was peaceful not having to worry about that. I wish I lived a little bit closer but was worth the drive. Thank you for sharing your space with us!Addie A.

55Easy to find, trail is awesome but a little muddy, which is to be expected with all the melting snow. Just wear good traction shoes and you'll be fine. Host very responsive and property well maintained. My dog loved all the smells and trails. Will be back!!Kerchelle F.

Filter by fencing, size, distractions, and amenities to match your needs.
When can I book dog hiking trails in Council Bluffs?
Council Bluffs dog hiking trails are available based on host scheduling—many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for you. Check individual Council Bluffs listings for specific availability. Flexible scheduling is especially helpful for dogs with specific needs: reactive dogs who do better during quieter times, working dog owners needing early/late slots, or seniors needing cooler morning hours.

Can I use Council Bluffs dog hiking trails for training sessions?
Yes! Council Bluffs dog hiking trails are perfect for training because they're private and distraction-free.
