Twin Oaks Ranch & Pool

Fully Fenced
16 acres

****Please make sure to view picture of what our entrance looks like. GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

Frequently asked questions about Crystal River dog swimming pools

What do private dog swimming pools in Crystal River offer that public parks don't?

Private dog swimming pools in Crystal River offer complete privacy (no other dogs), specialized environments for safe swimming, professionally maintained cleanliness, flexible 24/7 scheduling, and safe spaces for all temperaments—puppies, seniors, small dogs, reactive dogs, or any pup needing accommodations. Public dog parks in Crystal River can't guarantee any of this. With 17 options, you get predictable, controlled environments perfect for your dog's specific needs.

Can I find fully fenced private dog parks in Crystal River?

Yes! Most of Crystal River's 17 private dog parks are fully fenced. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures with detailed specs: height (4ft, 6ft, 8ft+), material (wood, chain-link, vinyl), and gap information. This is crucial for escape artists, puppies learning boundaries, reactive dogs needing contained space, or small dogs who might squeeze through. Crystal River listings include fencing photos so you can verify security.

When can puppies start visiting dog swimming pools in Crystal River?

Puppies can visit Crystal River dog swimming pools as early as 8-10 weeks with initial vaccinations, much earlier than the 16+ weeks needed for public park safety. This early, controlled socialization prevents fear and reactivity issues later. Plus, puppies can explore safe swimming without being overwhelmed or learning bad behaviors from poorly socialized adult dogs. Many Crystal River trainers specifically use dog swimming pools for puppy development.

How do I find private dog swimming pools near me in Crystal River?

Browse Crystal River's 17 dog swimming pools on Sniffspot by entering your neighborhood or zip code. Filter by distance, then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities, terrain type, or size. Each Crystal River listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Local favorite Twin Oaks Ranch & Pool is particularly popular among Crystal River dog owners.

Can I rent dog swimming pools in Crystal River by the hour?

Yes! All 17 dog swimming pools in Crystal River are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer for training or events. Book instantly through Sniffspot, arrive during your time slot, and have complete privacy. Many Crystal River dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise.

What's the difference between Sniffspot dog swimming pools and public dog parks in Crystal River?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Crystal River mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. That means you can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 17 Crystal River dog swimming pools give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, your pup enjoys safe swimming and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Are there indoor dog swimming pools in Crystal River?

Yes! Crystal River has climate-controlled indoor dog swimming pools perfect for extreme weather, rainy days, or year-round exercise. Indoor Crystal River locations typically feature protective flooring, controlled temperatures, and enclosed environments. They're especially popular for puppy training, senior dogs, reactive dogs, or anyone wanting consistent access regardless of Crystal River weather. Filter by "indoor" to see options.

How do Crystal River dog swimming pools help with dog training?

Crystal River trainers love dog swimming pools because privacy eliminates distractions. Work on recall, practice hydrotherapy exercises, swimming stroke refinement, or water-based rehabilitation work, reinforce obedience, socialize puppies, or address reactivity without interruptions. For reactive dogs, train without trigger-stacking. For puppies, practice skills in controlled increments. For any dog, get focused training time in an environment specifically designed for safe swimming.
