Welcome to your very own dog park! Completely shaded with trees, big open spaces to run, trail area in the back, hills and bumps to go flying through. But wait, first stop and say “hi” to Jerry, our 19ft Giraffe fiberglass statue. Great for selfies. Jerry loves our backyard, because it is filled with granddaddy oaks, giant magnolia tree, cypress and pines. Occasionally you can spot deer and turkeys playing in the yard next to your dog park.

Bring your dogs to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get the best exercise. There’s a big open field to play and train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. Twin Oaks Ranch & Pool

****Please make sure to view picture of what our entrance looks like. GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. North Star Ranch Private Dog Park In Archer

Hello, We would like to welcome our dog friends to our private fully fenced wooded dog park we named The North Star Ranch. The North Star is positioned right over our entrance, and you might see it if you stay at the ranch late. Please bring your own water, snacks, poo bags. Also we have no trash collection, so please take your waste home with you. This is what we do as well. Consider a visit to our ranch a visit to nature that has been fenced in for your dogs’ convenience. And as in all Florida woods, there are some safety concerns you need to be aware of before your reservation. There are more or less visible stumps and vines all over the ranch. There are also some prickly cacti, buckthorn bushes and brambles. Tree logs and trunks have been arranged in some areas as edging for trails. The ranch is a work in progress and we are very slowly cutting prickly plants back to where they aren’t in dogs’ faces, but it’s taking us a while. Long pants and closed toed shoes are very much recommended. We also suggest tick spray if you’re worried about them. We find that in winter time they are rare. Mosquito cream is available during summer months at the gate. We recommend you use it. There is a 20 liter canister of water for dogs available at the picnic table along with a black rubber bowl. There is a back gate at the ranch and we don’t suggest venturing out of, as the back of the property is NOT fenced, and trails are grown over. Please stay in the fenced-in area only for your safety! We hope you and your dog enjoy lots of sniffing while you’re either strolling along or sitting down in one of our picnic areas. There is some agility equipment available at your discretion. Please use it wisely and look out for your pet’s safety first. Wilderness warning! ⚠️ Snakes have been spotted at the ranch several times. Our dogs run through the ranch daily, so wildlife is used to human and canine presence. This was their home before we enclosed it, so we respect their presence and move around them if we spot them. To this date we haven’t had any negative experience with the wildlife, and we surely want to see you stay safe as well. Keep your eyes open if you veer off the main paths, and have some treats in your pocket to help call your dog back to you in case of a snake sighting. The sightings definitely drop off in the colder months. We hope you enjoy our ranch as much us we do! Our dogs absolutely love it and we lovingly nicknamed this place our “sanity ranch”. Enjoy!
