Beautiful isolated 13-acre spot in the country. There is a clear, well-maintained marked trail through the woods to an area with springs, a creek, and a watershed. Moving on down the 1/4 mile driveway past the house is a path down to the Tye River that has a nice-sized riverbank (beach) for romping and water splashing. Swimming dogs can venture onto the rocks to explore the river. Those who want to exercise can hike up/down the stream, climb big rocks, and other obstacles. This highly wooded area has lots to explore “off path” and on path, so you can never experience everything in one visit. This is heaven for dogs and for those who prefer a challenging exploration vs a standard field or yard to explore. The walk to the creek/springs/watershed is a beautiful, relatively easy walk.
