Located 3 miles from Choctaw Casino and 5 miles from Lake Texoma. Space is open pasture (with a pond) where I used to have horses. There is a gravel road and parking by the big shop at the end of the place.

All neighboring animals are kept in a fenced area when outside. Wildlife can be spotted on the property especially close to the wooded area and creek. The pond does have fish, turtles, frogs etc, so dogs swim at their risk. The creek is fairly dry with just a shallow stream most of the time unless there has been a recent rain. It's a great place to explore. Like any pastureland/field, snakes can occasionally be found as well. No need to clean up doggie messes that are not within a 50 yard radius of the house.
