As a real estate investor, I’m transforming this ranch into a one-of-a-kind outdoor event venue and rental destination. Currently under construction we are behind Chicken & Pickle, our vision includes a variety of unique accommodations such as treehouses, tiny homes, container homes, and a mini RV resort, all set amidst stunning natural surroundings. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of our swimming pond and fishing pond, perfect for relaxation or outdoor activities. Private property with 5+ acres of both a manicured lawn for frisbee tossing, belly rubs, and stick chases! Also we have a woodland walking track for sniffing and exploring, possibly ending in a swim in our 1/4 acre pond. All privately field fenced.

The property has a gate on the right side of the house to enter. There are two grass areas and two large stone paved areas. There is a pool and hose connected to the pool house where you also have access to an indoor bathroom. Air conditioned Florida room to chill out and let the pups play.

A doggie day care that has access to all of downtown Oklahoma City dog activities. Also a boarding kennel for when pet parents go on vacation. Message for details about boarding.

THE POOL IS OPEN! SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION! The pool is ready to go at any time. For other optional add-on amenities I will need at least 7 days advanced notice as I manage rentals in Tulsa and Norman and am not always around to do last minute preparation. **We have some bags of landscaping supplies stored on the side of the house for some spring remodels** **Only 1/3 of the yard + the pool is currently being rented as the other 2/3s have been treated!** We ARE accepting bookings for those who are fine with the 2 inconveniences listed above! We love furry-guests! We rent our Pool out through a service called Swimply and have decided to rent on SniffSpot when the Pool is not in use! Since we rent the pool and yard to humans and pets, it is comfortable for both with many of amenities and more on the way! You’re welcome to book for pets or for humans. - If booking for humans, please set the “number of dogs” to the number of people in your party. - If booking for pets, you are allowed up to 5 people with 1-2 dogs or 2 people per dog for 3+ dogs! Amenities Include: 1.) Flood lights to ensure the yard is well-lit day and night 2.) Ring Cameras to ensure pet safety. 3.) 7 foot tall privacy fence keeps even the most agile dogs in place! 4.) 5 foot fence around the pool to keep pets away from the pool and safe. 5.) Dog Water Bowls 6.) Sprinkler & Water Hose 7.) Dog Toys 8.) Chairs, Lounge Chairs, and Swing 9.) Table 10.) Power Outlet 11.) Hand Sanitizer 12.) Soap & Running Water 13.) Doggie Pool (Additional) More Amenities in Transit: 1.) Doggie Splash Pad (Estimated August 6th) SAFETY NOTES: 1.) I do have a dog of my own (very friendly and kept inside during bookings) and so I walk the yard daily to ensure there is no trash or hazardous objects in the yard. 2.) The pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the yard so that your fur-baby will not fall into the pool. Main pool usage is available for a small fee. Also, we have a separate dog pool that can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard for a small water-filling fee. 3.) I do grow tomatoes and peppers. They are fenced in via a garden fence to keep pets away. However, the garden fence is just a few feet tall so it could be hurdled by large agile dogs. Half an acre with a pool. Sunscreen, towels, and bug spray are in the pool area. Entrance is on the east side backyard gate. We have 4 dogs here and all are social, please let me know how to best accommodate your pup. Please do not allow digging or neighboring fence aggression. *drop-off is available, pm for more info*

This partially wooded, 6 acre lot has lots to explore! Shallow and deep creek beds wind through the property with lots of trees and rock formations to discover. There are many shaded areas to rest and sunny spots to run and play.

5 acres with a 2 acres pond. 20 acres behind us running cattle. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond, we have a covered wrap around porch and large back patio to relax on while you watch your dog run free.
