Lots of room to run and play. It is a chain link fence all the way around. If you have a small dog consider keeping a closer eye on them as they may be able to squeeze under the fence. There is little shade from the surrounding trees. There is a hose free to use. There is a trash outside and there will be doggie bags nearby please clean up after yourself. May consider getting more amenities for you and your pup if asked. Backyard is separated from front yard. Our dog will be inside and only let out front for potty breaks as needed during the time of your visit. Our neighbors have small dogs that run around and are visible.

NOT your perfect yard but plenty of space for your pup

June 9th: We’ve had an outbreak of slime mold in the backyard. It’s not harmful or toxic to dogs but if you see little white puffs in the grass that’s what they are. If kicked open they look like diarrhea from dogs. Again, not harmful just wanted to let you know. As it heats up they will disappear. Not your perfect yard, digging and construction going on, equipment may or may not be out. If you’re looking for the perfect yard for you this IS NOT the place for you. If you’re looking for a place for your dog then we MIGHT have the backyard for them. Ok, now that we have that out of the way if you still feel froggy in visiting our backyard you are more than welcome. BUT please keep in mind we are still doing renovations and making our backyard more presentable not only for us but for you, our guests. If you can’t stand the unsightly look of dirt and rock with wood stacked away, tractors parked on the side, open sheds and maybe coming across some dog poop then this place really may not be for you. We do try our best to clean up but hey, sometimes we miss. I feel like this has to be said. IF YOU’RE NOT READING THIS DESCRIPTION AND ARE STILL UPSET WHEN YOU SHOW UP THEN THIS IS NOT THE YARD FOR YOU. We are happy to share our space with you but we are still working on making it look better. The Description: 1 acre lot with large yard and pool for swimming. Light Construction is still going on but I’m mostly done and will be inside. Come visit and please don’t expect a perfect looking yard. Also please DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY. There is plenty of space to park alongside our front yard. **Important: if your dog does go swimming and you decide to take the pool hose out PLEASE RETURN IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If you don’t it will burn up the pool pump. Please try and keep them from biting the hose. **Small dogs like chihuahuas may be able to escape through the fence. Please look at pictures in the listing. **We do have chickens but they are in a large cage with pallets blocking the view of them. Please message us if they are too much of distraction for you doggo. **We are currently working on installing new grass by the pool so it’ll be a mess for a bit.
