Clean towels for drying off after you’ve doggie-paddled in the pool are also provided. Of course, use of the pool is at your and your human’s own risk. The pool is chlorinated and not heated in the winter months. Your human may use the pool to get a closer look at your pawsome doggie paddling technique. While we provide towels for you, we ask that your human brings their own towels. There is no fence or gate around the pool, and we strongly encourage you to bring your own doggie life vest if you do decide to get your paws wet. Discounts are available for multiple dogs. Visit times can be extended if there is availability. Respecting Sniffspot’s 30-minute transition time between visit times is very important. So that no one gets hurt or gets into something that could be dangerous, glass, alcohol and smoking are prohibited. All pups need to be up-to-date on all vaccinations to keep our resident and visiting doggos healthy. Pool may be available to dogs only on Monday, Tues, Wednesday. We have to maintain the chlorine for our weekend Swimply reservations with a lot of humans! Fenced in property, but there is no fence around the pool, so dogs can swim (when add on ammenity) or just run around. Use of pool is $14 add on. Pool may be used only on Monday, Tues, Wednesday. We are on Swimply for pool parties for humans and we don't allow dogs at that time. The dog hair in the pool is a lot to clean up so we have an extra fee if you're going to use the Sniffspot and let your dog in the pool. Once they go in through the trees and creosote you may not be able to see them, so proceed at your own discretion. I do not expect you to walk all over to see if they poo'd, but just if you can clean up what you do see in our common areas etc obviously. Please do not use yard cans for dog bags, but bring to the front where you entered to deposit in green city can. Thanks! If dogs have gone in the pool then run through the property, please don't let them go back in the pool unless you hose off their feet etc. There is a hose right by the pool. June 9th: We’ve had an outbreak of slime mold in the backyard. It’s not harmful or toxic to dogs but if you see little white puffs in the grass that’s what they are. If kicked open they look like diarrhea from dogs. Again, not harmful just wanted to let you know. As it heats up they will disappear. Not your perfect yard, digging and construction going on, equipment may or may not be out. If you’re looking for the perfect yard for you this IS NOT the place for you. If you’re looking for a place for your dog then we MIGHT have the backyard for them. Ok, now that we have that out of the way if you still feel froggy in visiting our backyard you are more than welcome. BUT please keep in mind we are still doing renovations and making our backyard more presentable not only for us but for you, our guests. If you can’t stand the unsightly look of dirt and rock with wood stacked away, tractors parked on the side, open sheds and maybe coming across some dog poop then this place really may not be for you. We do try our best to clean up but hey, sometimes we miss. I feel like this has to be said. IF YOU’RE NOT READING THIS DESCRIPTION AND ARE STILL UPSET WHEN YOU SHOW UP THEN THIS IS NOT THE YARD FOR YOU. We are happy to share our space with you but we are still working on making it look better. The Description: 1 acre lot with large yard and pool for swimming. Light Construction is still going on but I’m mostly done and will be inside. Come visit and please don’t expect a perfect looking yard. Also please DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY. There is plenty of space to park alongside our front yard. **Important: if your dog does go swimming and you decide to take the pool hose out PLEASE RETURN IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If you don’t it will burn up the pool pump. Please try and keep them from biting the hose. **Small dogs like chihuahuas may be able to escape through the fence. Please look at pictures in the listing. **We do have chickens but they are in a large cage with pallets blocking the view of them. Please message us if they are too much of distraction for you doggo. **We are currently working on installing new grass by the pool so it’ll be a mess for a bit.

Little slice of paradise for the pups! Hopefully this will be a nice relaxed area for your pup to come and play and not have to be stressed. They will have lots of smells to explore in the backyard since I have three dogs of my own. I did have to get rid of the splash pad, it just got super annoying cleaning it from bird poo! I am also having Poodini come every Friday morning to clean and sanitize the yard(that’s why there are time blocks). But I really love the idea of getting the turf sanitized weekly!
