We no longer have our beautiful rescue Marla so we are hoping other pups can take advantage of our space. We have a fully fenced backyard with beautiful green grass and a furnished deck. It gets full sun; we have umbrellas on the deck and one large tree for shade. I always try to put out water and bags, but there is a blue hose if needed. We do use an organic, pet-friendly lawn company called Ecolawn. A small section of the yard contains cultivated plants that some guests may prefer their pets not interact with. We also recently added an inflatable hot tub that we request is only used by family. Please consider whether your pup can ignore it so we don't spring a leak! There may be driveway parking but there is always street parking directly across from the house facing north and in the cul-de-sac almost directly across from our house. Hello! I am located in Lyndhurst and am a dog lover through and through. I currently have 4 dogs (they will be secured and away), and volunteer at City Dogs in my free time. I love providing dogs a safe place to run, decompress, and just have some good off leash time. Here you will find a large grass yard, with the benefit of a small wooded area. The wooded area is covered in natural woodchips and offers a large shaded area. There is a large deck for you to relax on as your pup runs, or a bench by the fire pit if you want to sit near your buddy as they run! Located right near the UH and Cleveland Clinic campuses, this fully fenced, 4,500-square-foot grass yard is a rare find in the city and the perfect private space for your dog to safely run and just be a dog. We have 3 obstacle course tunnels available for some agility fun, plus several chew toys and ropes ready for a solid game of fetch or tug. We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. If you walk around the perimeter five times; you walked about one mile! The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park! NOTE: If you see a time blocked and you "really" need that time; please feel free to message me. 5 acres of reclaimed soybean field, that we fenced in for an additional pasture for our horses. When we fenced, we decided to use no-climb fence so we could have foster dogs explore off-leash. There are 5 gates in the fence, of which only the gate closest to the creek is not padlocked. Depending on the time of year, the prairie grasses and flowers are between ankle-high to knee-high. We do have a bench in the back of the pasture (which is normally in the shade of the trees), and the horse run-in is pretty useful as a rain shelter if needed. Feel free to let your doggo dig til their heart's content, and theres plenty of branches to chew on. ****We cannot stress enough the importance of leashinc your dog *before* they get out of the car, and you have positive control of the leash all the way until you get in the fence. If your dog doesn't get a painful zap from the horse fence, the horses will protect themselves and it won't end well**** There is a creek to cross between the parking area (our driveway) and the pasture, which is normally ankle-high, so we recommend either water shoes or muck boots to cross. Its roughly a 200-250ft walk from the driveway to the back pasture, and you're bound to see our lazy freeloading horses (fenced) and hear our dogs barking (also fenced). Needless to say, leashing your dog(s) from the car until the gate is closed, is required.
