The Gulch Lake

The ultimate dog escape! A certified organic ranch and dreamy lake surrounded by rolling hills! Your dogs can experience wild foul, fish and cattle or spend their time time swimming away at the lake! There is a picnic table (not in the best shape, but can fit about 4 people) for your stuff and a great combination of sun and shade surrounding the lake! We recently added a 1.2 mile trail around our property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Accessing our lake requires a bit of a walk through uneven terrain with cow holes, which may be challenging for some. If you have difficulty walking on rough ground, this Sniffspot may not be the best fit. While there is a path, it is not perfectly smooth, and less active visitors may find it hard to navigate. Cows do roam freely in the same field. They are harmless, but please be sure to close all gates securely when entering or leaving the area. We recommend ignoring the cows—they’ll leave you alone if you do the same. Our house is the only house on the right side of the road. Please do not stop/disturb the first houses on the left side of the driveway. Keep coming down our driveway and park near the light blue green house on the right. If you’re wondering if we test for toxic blue green algae, the answer is yes! The test was negative! Please see our pictures for confirmation of a negative test! Test performed on 6/1/25

Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. The spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. FYI - the spring biting gnats have appeared. Recommend using bug repellent and wearing clothing and shoes to minimize exposure. Morning times are typically better- they like heat. Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Doggy Park at a Farm

Our farm is 30 acres big. About 10 of those are fenced and available to host the dogs. There is plenty of shade (large oak trees), a canal and two ponds. We also offer doggy day care and boarding (short and long term).

Jay's 7 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Hayward

My ranch is a peaceful sanctuary away from the busy downtown or high-traffic regional parks. I have a large 2 acre pasture enclosed by horse fence that has picnic tables under large oak trees. Lots of room to run, dig, and chase sticks. They can also play in the kiddy pool. Other areas can be explored as well, but are not enclosed. A dog wash station is available to wash muddy paws.

Fully Fenced, Peaceful, Beautiful Dog Park

A beautiful fenced-in 3+ acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas with short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise it is a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park on the gravel area. I have dog bowls, a few toys, 3 pooper scoopers, emergency poop bags, and a couple of washing stations. Cell reception is reasonably good here.

We have approximately 0.30 acres of fenced yard with several locations of seating for the humans, 3 water stations for the pups & a hose for more water when needed. We also provide dog bags, garbage, several balls, a throwing arm to play fetch, several toys, a kiddie pool for pups to cool off, and an agility course. I highly recommend it in the early mornings or late evenings with summer creeping up fast. It’s very quiet with hardly any traffic. Reservations fill up quickly but we also block out dates when we are having puppies over for sleepovers or our dogs haven’t had enough time in their yard. Welcome to the McCann "Ranch." Fully fenced former horse arena. This is the ideal private area for a dog to explore and let out some energy. The secure arena has a fence that has been reinforced with welded wire added to original arena fencing. Nothing can get through this fence. Large secure area for dogs to run and play. Hose water, chairs and shade available. Towels and rags are available for wet weather. Poop bags are also available, please clean up after your pet. No farm animals currently on the property but expecting goats soon. Goats will be separated by a secure fence. Neighboring property has horses but several fences exist between the nieghbors horses and arena area. It may be possible to smell the horses but unlikely to visibly see the neighboring horses. We have a dog who will be away at the house at all times you are here. The house is not near the sniffpost designated area. If you'd like our dog to play with yours please message us, otherwise we'll leave you be and you will have total privacy. Newhall Park Paw Patch
