About half of the yard is beautifully shaded by mature trees, offering the perfect mix of exploration and cool relaxation. The Ultimate "Sniff Safari" (Sensory Experience) Because of our unique location on the hill above the creek, our yard is a hotspot for fascinating wildlife trails. The air and grass are rich with authentic, high-value scents from local overnight visitors, including raccoons, skunks, possums, armadillos, and even the occasional coyote or bobcat. Hydration Station: Fresh water is provided for your pet. For the Humans The Shaded Deck: Relax on our beautiful, elevated deck (about 4 feet off the ground) surrounded by gorgeous flowers. Easy Access: The deck features custom, very short stairs originally designed for an elderly pet, making it incredibly easy for senior dogs or low-riding pups to join you above. Amenities Included: We provide a couple towels (perfect for after the splash pad!), poop bags, dog treats, and a WiFi code (but please still keep a close eye on your pet!). Important Safety & Environment Notes (Please Read) Fencing: The yard is fully enclosed by a sturdy iron gate with narrow puppy panel on the bottom third (see pics). We are currently adding privacy screening to minimize visual distractions. Street Noise: The yard is about 30 feet from the street but you can hear normal street noise - cars, dog walkers, joggers, and cyclists passing by. If your dog is highly reactive to neighborhood movement or street sounds, please keep this in mind before booking.
