Amanda's 5 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Gentry

Partially Fenced
5 acres

We have several spots for you and your dog to enjoy. A spring fed creek, lawn, grassy field, wooded areas, and a securely fenced area with our dogs and sulcata tortoise. If your dog needs a bit more private experience I’m usually home and able to bring my dogs in for +\- an hour with some notice beforehand. However being located next to a park I cannot guarantee there will be no dogs visible from certain areas of the property. But the fields and backyard are much more private if your dog requires that!

Private dog park

Cotton Acres

Partially Fenced
3 acres

Located outside of Lincoln city limits in Washington County, nestled between Hwy 62 and Hwy 59. Our 3 acre private lot is part of a 189 acre farm. The lot is partially fenced off, there is no fence that runs along the private access road. The rest of the lot is fenced off from the farm along with a cattle guard to keep you and your pet separated from the cattle. It is recommended that you keep an eye on your pet if the cattle are grazing near the lot during your visit. Near the shop building there is a water spigot with access to city water for you and your pet. Some parts of the lot are kept mowed while the rest of the lot may be somewhat grown up. Near the fence line by the pond, that section of the field will be wet/muddy if it has rained. It will stay a wet-land for a week or more if it has not been warm enough to dry up. We will allow access to the pond but we ask that you inquire first due to the cattle migration patterns, as we want to ensure your pets safety during your visit. Overall, this countryside lot is quiet and peaceful. For overnight camping requests please message for more info!

Frequently asked questions about Fayetteville dog water parks

What types of dog water parks are available in Fayetteville?

Fayetteville has 18 dog water parks with diverse features: river, stream or creek, lake or pond, beach, swimming pool. Whether you need a fully-fenced space for poor recall, a quiet location for a reactive dog, appropriate sizing for small breeds, gentle terrain for seniors, or specific amenities like water features or agility equipment, you'll find options in Fayetteville. Filter by fencing, size, distractions, and amenities to match your needs.

When can I book dog water parks in Fayetteville?

Fayetteville dog water parks are available based on host scheduling—many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for you. Check individual Fayetteville listings for specific availability. Flexible scheduling is especially helpful for dogs with specific needs: reactive dogs who do better during quieter times, working dog owners needing early/late slots, or seniors needing cooler morning hours.

How do I book a dog water park in Fayetteville?

Browse 18 available dog water parks in Fayetteville, select your preferred date and time, and reserve through Sniffspot. Most Fayetteville locations offer instant booking. You'll receive confirmation, exact address, and entry instructions. The booking process takes just minutes—perfect when your dog needs exercise, whether that's a reactive dog requiring safe space, a puppy needing socialization, or an energetic dog burning off steam.

What's the most popular dog water park in Fayetteville?

Rob's 19 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Siloam Springs is highly rated among Fayetteville dog water parks, known for excellent amenities and positive reviews. However, the "best" spot depends on your dog's needs—reactive dogs might prioritize privacy and quiet, puppies might need secure fencing, seniors might want flat terrain, while active dogs might want maximum running space. Browse Fayetteville listings to find your ideal match.

Can I use Fayetteville dog water parks for training sessions?

Yes! Fayetteville dog water parks are perfect for training because they're private and distraction-free. Work on recall, practice water confidence building, dock diving practice, or swimming-based fitness training, help reactive dogs build confidence, socialize puppies, or work on obedience—all without public dog park unpredictability. Many Fayetteville professional trainers use these spaces for client sessions with all types of dogs.

Do Fayetteville dog water parks accommodate multiple dogs?

Most Fayetteville dog water parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings for specifics). If you have several dogs—especially if some are reactive toward strange dogs or if you have mixed ages (puppies and seniors)—private dog water parks let them play together safely without outside interference or triggers.

What amenities do Fayetteville dog water parks offer?

Fayetteville dog water parks feature amenities like river, stream or creek, lake or pond, beach, swimming pool. Many hosts provide extras: poop bags, water stations, toys, shaded seating, parking, even dog wash stations. Each Fayetteville listing clearly shows what's available. Look for amenities matching your dog's needs: shade for heat-sensitive breeds, water for swimmers, agility for active dogs, or privacy features for anxious pets.

Are Fayetteville dog water parks available year-round?

Most dog water parks operate seasonally (typically April-October), though some feature heated pools for year-round use. Many Fayetteville hosts maintain their dog water parks throughout all seasons. Filter for covered or climate-controlled options if weather matters. Indoor dog water parks provide year-round access regardless of Fayetteville weather conditions. Check individual listings for seasonal availability and policies.
