6.25 acres totally fenced in a country setting. A large portion of the property is accessible to pups, mowed field paths and lots of room to run. Quiet setting and woodland and farmland views. This is the country. No concrete…you will encounter dirt and smells of farm living. We have natural growth areas for wildlife that your dog may encounter that may be dirty and contain sticks, wildflowers, weeds, etc. Dogs love it here as it’s a place they can run and have fun.

Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 6 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. We have a great property for humans and dogs! We own about 14 acres of land. About 9 acres of it is woods, river, and trails. Lots to explore! We have a fire pit and do a lot of 4 wheeling. None of the property is fenced in but the house sits a ways off the road. Bring boots for the river and trails!

Our property is approximately 1/2 mile off the road making it safer for your pup! Come visit our secluded and serene location in Sunbury, Ohio. Roam the property, take a hike on over 1 mile of well kept trails, or just walk around the barn to check out all of our chickens! We do have a few barn cats that are all friendly, and up to date on all vaccines. When you’re all done playing, drive up the road to visit Henmick Farm brewery. Their outdoor area is leashed dog friendly and they serve the best food trucks, beers and cocktails! *please note, there are streams along the trails that dry up during summer months, but the large pond is not our property.
