2 Acre Partially open pasture In Selah

Partially Fenced
2 acres

Hello! We have alot of pasture land not being used currently. There is a large pasture that is almost completely fenced but close to selah loop or we have another partially fanced and larger area in the back that would be away from all traffic. This is pasture land so there are feral cats around along with other wildlife that passion through But mostly you will just see the cows on the sides from the neighbors. There will be sprinklers on all of the time unless there is a break we are fixing. Also where the irrigation hooks to the lines does leak so each pasture does a little bit of a wet soggy area. We do have 3 dogs but they are inside or inside our fully fenced yard at all times. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Frequently asked questions about Grandview dog fields

What amenities do Grandview dog fields typically include?

Grandview dog fields feature amenities designed for full-speed running and fetch: wide-open grass fields, fetch lanes, and open running space, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Grandview hosts customize their spaces. Browse 12 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

How much does it cost to use Grandview dog fields?

Sniffspot runs on a membership model with monthly and annual plans that include credits toward Grandview dog park bookings. Members get discounted rates at participating Grandview spots, and new users can start with a 7-day free trial. There are no surprise booking fee. Your credits cover the reservation. Browse Grandview dog fields listings to see individual spot pricing, and check your membership dashboard to see how many credits you have available.

How clean are private dog fields in Grandview compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Grandview see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog fields have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Grandview hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Grandview dog fields on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Grandview dog fields offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Grandview private dog fields let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog fields in Grandview?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Grandview that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Grandview dog fields have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Grandview dog fields allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Grandview dog fields welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Grandview where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Grandview dog fields for special events?

Many Grandview dog fields welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Grandview hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Grandview dog field listings for event policies.

How do Grandview dog fields accommodate dogs with special needs?

Grandview dog fields are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Grandview special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
