55Not much to add from the detailed review I wrote back on May 20th. This is a nice spot, and works well for our needs. It is one of the regular places we visit in our rotation of spots.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that the pasture drains pretty well in rainy conditions. Our most recent visit was in light rain, and the pasture stayed about as "un-muddy" as one could reasonably expect. Great for those, like us, who have large dogs that need room to run in a setting that is relatively free of distractions.Michael M.

Not much to add from the detailed review I wrote back on May 20th. This is a nice spot, and works well for our needs. It is one of the regular places we visit in our rotation of spots.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that the pasture drains pretty well in rainy conditions. Our most recent visit was in light rain, and the pasture stayed about as "un-muddy" as one could reasonably expect. Great for those, like us, who have large dogs that need room to run in a setting that is relatively free of distractions.

55Great spot, shaded and a shed for the humans to sit. Water hose, water bowl, toys for the pup and lots of space to run around.
I love the option of adding on a sniff trail! My girl loves to use her nose even though this time she was distracted from just sniffing everything I would do the sniff trail again!

55This space was absolutely perfect! It was huge, securely fenced in lot that was perfect for my dogs to run around without an distractions. 55This place is great! Definitely make sure your dog has recall but if your dog is good with boundaries and has recall (or is treat motivated) you’ll love this place!! My dogs especially love the tall grass and the chickens Amber P.

I love Fletcher Farm! and our doggies do too. The owners have done an amazing job through the seasons handling the rain and snow, bringing in wood chips and rocks. It is fun to be there in all seasons and see the fall colors, then play in the snow, then watch the trees bloom and all the bird activity in the area. Thank you!

Visited this spot for the first time on a very hot day - but the trees and overall area made for a cool/shaded experience. Hosts even had a hose and wading pool at the ready should we need to cool down! Lots of good sniffing and plenty of room to run. We also enjoyed some good hide and seek among the trees! We will be back!

55This was a great spot for our inaugural Sniffspot outing! The directions provided were perfectly helpful. The shed was awesome with chairs, ChuckIt, balls & toys. Plenty to sniff and explore, and my Nalu girl loved the mud pond a little too much LOL! But so glad there was a hose to clean us both off with. Word of caution - it is in the woods so there are a lot of mosquitoes, so just come prepared 😁 We will definitely be back! It will be especially nice in the heat since it’s all under trees!Gina S.

Our second visit here and my dog absolutely loves this place. He runs around like a maniac in all the bushes and has the best time. He ignored the horses this time and the chickens have never bothered him (you can't even hear them somehow 🤷♀️). Now that it's summer, some parts of the land has filled in with plants so I still recommend hardy boots even if it's not muddy if you want to run around with your pups!

Being mobility challenged it’s not easy going off leash with her and we were able to get all her zoomies in without it being too much to navigate for me.
