Great dog walk options! I chose the fenced in lawn beside the house. Wear waterproof boots this time of year. Lots of variety for dogs to run, splash around, sniff, and bound through tall grass. Very clean.

The dogs had a wonderful time. Loved that there was a trash can to leave my bags in, and so much space to play. My only concern was I wasn't sure where we could and couldn't go and wanted to be respectful. Would & will definitely come again!

Nice place! My boy loved it! Just a heads up for anyone with a reactive dog other people do use the trails. I was there 10-15 minutes before running into a guy with a dog on the first short trail that runs towards the power lines from the parking lot.

Really awesome space! And the great staff at the training and daycare facility came out to check on us after a run in with a few deer. Overall a really cool spot

Awesome spot! Just be aware there is a high chance of seeing wildlife. We saw a fox, a turkey and about 15 deer, so be cautious and keep an eye on your dog depending if they are offleash/their recall skills.

Beautiful property! There is a large field with an adjacent trail that me and my dog wandered through. I would love a map just to be sure I don't wander onto neighbor's property. Overall easy to find and we were completely undisturbed. The field was a little wet and I found a couple of ticks on my dog so just come prepared for that. I am so grateful for this host for sharing her land! Musch appreciated.

Such an awesome and beautiful experience. Carissa didn’t appear to be home but it was easy to find the open field and explore some of the forested area. I am not super educated about hunting laws, so I did keep blaze orange on my pups and kept them with-in my sight. It was fun running them through the agility equipment, too. I would def make a point to book again when in the area. The boys are still zonked.

My dogs had a great time sniffing and exploring. We will definitely check it out again. We saw one barn cat when we first pulled up but I don't think the dogs even noticed.

This is a beautiful, quiet and safe property. We had a lot of fun. Big open spaces as well as a wooded area. Not a soul or animal in sight, perfect for my easily aroused dogs. Thank you Carissa.

Great place to bring your dogs. Lots of room to explore and let your dog off leash with no one else around. 10/10 recommend.

Was a lot of fun exploring and my dog had a blast! I have a very reactive pup that loves the outdoors but struggles sharing trails with other dogs and humans. This was a great place to take him and it was so wonderful for me not having to worry about other people or dogs. We’ll definitely be back!

Splendid spot, especially if you have a dog that needs space with no one else nearby. The woodsy area is vast! My dog had so much fun sniffing through the trees and rocks. She was happily tired upon our return home. Summer graciously gave me and a friend a tour before our dogs got to visit, to give us the lay of the land and to ask questions. Definitely will return!

We love this spot!! It’s a bit muddy but as long as you wear the right boots, I honestly enjoy it! It keeps my dog cooled down and he looooves to be dirty.

we had such a fun time!! lindsey was so kind and helpful before we left for the trail. she even had me call her when i got a bit turned around while out. the resident farm dogs were very far away and completely uninterested in anything other than sun bathing. gorgeous place and cannot wait to go back already!

Fantastic farm and trails and a fresh water river (big stream?) and pond to cool off in. Puppers ran and frolicked and practiced recall, and then exhausted, settled down to chew sticks. A perfect Sniffspot, and we hope to be frequent visitors.

One of, if not the, best sniff spots I’ve been to. So much to explore. There are fields, trails, woods to romp in and a river. We saw the dogs mentioned and they barked from away, but stayed on the porch. You could only be visible to the dogs in one of the fields. I will definitely be back.
