About 1 acre fully fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, except the gate - (which is 4 ft chain link). Bench & patio furniture for the humans. Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls. A frost free faucet located right outside the fence, on the back of the house is usable all year. Both are fed from a natural spring on property for crystal clear water. Please note we are are a working wooshop so you may hear, and occasionally see people, on your walk to the backyard.

There is also a water hose available. If the dog water bowl has no water in it, you are welcome to use the hose to fill it! May 28th 2026 update: I will be getting a six foot tall privacy fence installed in my yard on Monday June 8th. After that, hours will be more available. I am going out of town until then and closing the spot for the week but it will be back and more private starting Tuesday June 9th (at least in theory) May 2026 update: I am currently working on getting a six foot tall privacy fence to block out my neighbor and provide more privacy for everyone involved. To maintain the peace I have limited my hours as I wait for the new fence installation. I believe early June everything will be all set. Please be patient the next few weeks if you have trouble booking with me. Once the fence is up and there are no distractions a more open schedule will resume. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway in the winter. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends and most weekdays too.
