Cheyenne Meadows Dog Park in Colorado Springs is a fully fenced enclosure where dogs must be accompanied by a person at least 16 years old and on a leash until inside the park. With a limit of three dogs per person and a requirement for aggressive dogs to wear muzzles, owners are responsible for their pets' behavior.
