I have two areas see pictures please. One area is for larger dogs chasing balls and toys. The other area has tires to jump run through and a area that has a shade area. Sprinklers can be turned on if hot, this area is for small dogs also has wire at bottom so less likely to get out.

Open 6am -6pm It’s wet,grassy ,sandy soil, not to muddy but some standing water this time of year ,so a towel for the dogs ,and waterproof shoes/boots are suggested 💦 with 5ft no climb fencing. Great place to let your dog run safely. Bring and enjoy the porch swing in our new “Dog House” while your dog enjoys the park!

A nice flat grassed area for you to exercise your dog. Large area to run or play ball with your dog.Ball launcher available sometimes( My dog is obsessed with it, so when I can sneak it away from her). Or use area for training one on one with your canine. An enjoyable experience noted by all guests visiting!! When you book a time it will just be you occupying the dog park. Welcome!! Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. You can message me and see if there is any availability on any particular day that may seem to be fully booked.

*Note: if it rains we may close our spot due to excessive mud/flooding. It usually needs a day or two to dry out. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park/Sac City College and only a couple of miles away from Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. We’ve got dog toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, poop bags, and lots of smells for your furry friends. For the humans, we've got two nice patio spaces, a table and chairs, beverages, snacks, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen. We even have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor string lights in the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. We have made our property as safe and clean as possible but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so there is uneven ground and occasional wet and muddy grass after a hard rain so please use our property at your own risk. We do offer towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful of our neighbor’s space next door and don’t hang out by the gate. We also ask that you clean up after yourself and your dog and leave our yard as it was when you entered. We really appreciate that as we may not be able to get outside to clean up in between guests when timing is tight. Our spot also offers Memberships! Hi everyone my name is Taylor! I specialize in working with reactive/aggressive dogs. I am an apprentice dog trainer as well as a sport dog trainer! Moreover, I provide dog boarding and daycare services for reactive/aggressive dogs from our property. I know all to well what it’s like to have a dog selective dog. I want to help give others some peace of mind by providing a safe space for you and your dogs! If anyone is looking for a place to work on their dogs reactivity, and you need someone to train with, me and my dogs are more than willing to help. I’m well educated on all things dogs and have an immense amount of dog handling experience. We have a small pasture in the front of our property that is fully fenced! This space is perfect for someone looking to do structured training with distractions. We are just starting out with Sniffspot, so more amenities to come! We currently have: table and chairs, parkour equipment, a water hose, a step on sprinkler, and a few different types of toys. There are poop bags, bottled water, towels and more! Unfortunately I don’t think this space would be well suited for small dogs, as there are spaces where small dogs could slip through the fencing. (See pictures). The other downside to this spot is that it is on a pretty busy road. We do have chickens and livestock on the other side of the verticals wood fence. They mostly stay away from the Sniffspot pasture, but all animals are dog friendly! We also have two horses in a separate pasture. If you’re looking to acclimate your pup to livestock please let me know and I can help! I am all about setting dogs up for a successful life and want to do everything I can to help. I’m also very open to suggestions on how to make the Sniffspot better so recommendations are welcome!
