*NEW* PARK #2: Kingsfield's Private Dog Park near Millet PARK #2
Hours of Operation: Sunrise to Sunset IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD For PARK #2, please continue PASSED(south) of the Kingsfield Kennels yellow sign 100m. Park #2 gate is on the right hand side with its own Park# 2 sign. Pull up, open gate, drive in and close securely behind you before letting out your dogs. Fully fenced 3.5 acre private dog park. There is a small gap (8"at the most) under the entrance gate. This park is more rustic and best for MEDIUM SIZED and up dogs. There is a large field and forest paths to explore and a massive dirt pile for digging/climbing! Grass is not mowed often here so grass is longer. Please dress appropriately for the weather and terrain. Public gravel road does border the park on one side so please be careful of vehicles/traffic. Sheep and cattle will often be visible from spot as well along the west sides. Fence can be difficult to see at a distance so ensure your dog(s) know the boundaries. No children under 16 please.

Quiet and peaceful setting just 7 minutes south of Leduc or 30 minutes south of Edmonton. Please visit our website for full details. www.kingsfieldkennels.com Please watch your step- the parking area and paths are very slippery in places due to the thawing and freezing! Spring is here! Prepare for some wet ground and mud in places. Sniffers please park across from the office in the designated spot with signage. Check out our small store if you have time! We stock a variety of toys/treats and raw goodies as well as farm fresh eggs and local made gifts! Love this place! Perfect spot for my reactive boxer Gemma to be able to play without the worry of other pups coming up to her. The owner was extremely accommodating and made sure all other dogs were put away. She also left us a little goody bag for Gemma and some water and poop bags! It was also such a clean and open space with some paths for walking in the snow. We will absolutely be coming here again!

It’s a great spot but windy don’t be a typical city kid and come without hat and gloves The owner is incredible. I got lost because I’m not always great at reading institutions. The Kennel sign is yellow and right at the junction of the RR AND TWP RD. Then it’s just down the road on your right. 💜 loved it!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
