5 Acre Unfenced Doggy Yard With Pond In Chandler

Unfenced
5 acres

We have 5 beautiful acres along a country road about 5 mins from Lowe’s east side Evansville. Unfenced HUGE yard with a pond and a beach that your dog(s) are more than welcome to use. We have a dock for jumping in as well. Behind our pond we have a field we mow a trail into for a nice walking path along our trees. In the front yard we have about 2 acres of unfenced running, romping room. Beautiful willows and a growing orchard decorate the driveway. If you’d like the kiddie pool out and filled or need to borrow towels for the pond, please message and let me know so I can set it up in advance. You may use our back porch hose to rinse off your dogs. This is located on the south west side of the house near the satellite dish. The other hose you won’t have access to. Please rinse them in the grass and turn off the hose when finished. We ask that you pick up after your dog using doggie bags! We do have bags available if needed. You can find them on the back porch near the picnic table. The trash can as well as the water bowl are on the back porch too. Feel free to take chairs down to the beach from the porch, we just ask that you bring them back when finished. Please do not move rocking chairs off the porch. We do have chickens and our neighbors have outdoor cats. While we have lots of land out here, neither chickens nor cats will be interested in strangers. We don’t allow guests or dogs to chase either, so please keep this in mind. If you cannot keep your dogs or humans away from the chickens, we ask that you leash them for the remainder of the visit. We do have cameras watching the chickens for predator attacks, so please be honest and respectful of our chickens and their space. Our neighbors have dogs that are outside sometimes. We have no control over our neighbors dogs. Please don’t engage with them or they will come over. Something to keep in mind if your dog(s) are reactive or timid to other dog sounds or dog presence. We do not have fencing so there are always chances of seeing other animals or neighbors pets up close and personal. If you have a reactive dog this might not be the spot for you. Parking: please do not block the garage so we can come and go as needed. You may park in front of the house in the circle drive. You may also park in the grass along the driveway by the trees. Please do not block the drive. Please stay out of and away from the shop, which is the wooden barn building near the pond. It is also close to the chicken coop and chicken willow tree, so avoid this area in general. We hope you stop by and enjoy our peaceful country spot!

Where can I find dog hiking trails in Haubstadt?

Haubstadt has 6 private dog hiking trails available through Sniffspot, offering natural exploration and varied terrain in completely private settings. These locations range from compact spaces to properties spanning 127+ acres. Whether you need a space for your reactive dog, puppy socialization, senior dog gentle exercise, or high-energy play, Haubstadt dog hiking trails provide safe, private environments. Filter for "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities, or fencing types to find your perfect match.

How many dog hiking trails are in Haubstadt?

Haubstadt offers 6 dog hiking trails ranging from compact spaces to properties spanning acres. You'll find options such as dog field, fully fenced dog park, dog agility park, and more. Each Haubstadt dog hiking trail listing shows detailed photos, amenities, fencing specs, and reviews from local dog owners.

Are Haubstadt dog hiking trails good for all dog types?

Yes! Haubstadt dog hiking trails work for every dog: puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel safer without large breeds, high-energy dogs requiring space, and reactive or anxious dogs needing privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets the environment they need. Browse Haubstadt's 6 options to find spaces matching your dog's specific temperament and needs.

Will I encounter other dogs at Haubstadt dog hiking trails?

Not a chance. Haubstadt dog hiking trails operate on a strict one-booking-at-a-time system, so the space is entirely yours during your reserved slot. Host dogs are kept away, and there's a mandatory 30-minute buffer between bookings—meaning you won't cross paths with the previous or next guest. For Haubstadt owners with reactive dogs, puppies, or any dog needing privacy, this makes all the difference in providing safe, stress-free exercise.

Are Haubstadt dog hiking trails safe for fearful or anxious dogs?

Yes! Haubstadt dog hiking trails provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. Since bookings are completely private with 30-minute buffers, anxious dogs can explore a natural outdoor path where dogs can explore varied terrain off-leash in a safe, private environment without overwhelming encounters. Many Haubstadt dog owners specifically choose dog hiking trails for fearful dogs who need gentle, stress-free exercise environments.

Can puppies use Haubstadt dog hiking trails?

Absolutely! Haubstadt dog hiking trails are excellent for puppy socialization because they're private and controlled. Puppies can explore a natural outdoor path where dogs can explore varied terrain off-leash in a safe, private environment, practice recall, and build confidence without the overwhelming chaos that can create fear or reactivity in young dogs. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting.

How do I choose the best dog hiking trail in Haubstadt?

Start by filtering Haubstadt's 6 dog hiking trails for your specific needs: secure fencing for escape artists, "fewer dogs seen/heard" for reactive dogs, flat terrain for seniors, appropriate sizing for small dogs, or specific amenities for training. Look for "Top Spots" like Haubstadt's 5 Acre Unfenced Doggy Yard With Pond In Chandler with excellent reviews.Read feedback from other Haubstadt owners with similar dog types to find your perfect match.

What are Haubstadt's dog hiking trail requirements?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or titers. Each Haubstadt host may have additional rules on their listing. Most dog hiking trails welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit public dog parks. Adult supervision is required at all times.
