Rent safe and private dog agility parks hosted by locals in Holden, Massachusetts

PLEASE DO NOT RENT THE FIELD UNLESS YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE SPORT OF DOG AGILITY! If you have never taken classes or competed before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog. AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, table, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Feel free to wander around outside of the back gate, but do keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! It is low tech back there. There is no electricity, running water, or lighting (yet). Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing poky on you or your dog’s path! If you move or reset any equipment, please put it back how you found it before you leave. Your rental $ will go to the “have the field professionally leveled and reseeded” fund so if you’d like to donate extra to the cause and get that done sooner, please leave a few dollars in the donation box. I unfortunately have not yet been able to grow a money tree on the property 😢 Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

UNDER RENOVATIONS: Please excuse our appearance as we upgrade the enrichment course for the K9s we serve here. We hope to complete the renovations with new enrichment programs and fun coursework later this summer. Please check with your accountant as we are a Non-Profit Registered, and the money we make from your visits 100% goes to healing these amazing K9s. It could possibly be a tax deduction at the end of the year. Thank you for being so supportive.

Property is on half an acre with a private fenced in yard. Patio and chairs for owners to relax in while your pups enjoy the completely open space. Mostly sunny limited shade. Available under the deck is: Kiddie pool (summer only) Hose Sprinkler (summer only) Heel sticks Flirt pole Hearding ball Agility equipment: 2 tunnels, weave poles, jump, hoop jump All amenities are included in set rate, we do not charge for extras for amenities. As of April it is very muddy. The pups seem to love the mud but you might want to bring a towel for your car ride home. *Security cameras in use.*

**Closed for re-seeding and landscaping the lawn!** Check back in June for availability! — We have a fully fenced in yard (4 feet tall) with multiple elevations to explore near Forestdale Cemetery. We want to share our yard with all dogs, but especially the ones that need a quiet space to enjoy just being a dog outside (especially if the dog park can be too intense). We had a reactive dog, and know how hard that can be. The yard is on a quiet dead end suburban road with plenty of free street parking. Entrance to the yard is up a few steps to the right of the house and driveway and features a Sniffspot sign near the gate door (see pictures). We do have a dog, Nova, who will be kept inside at all times. We love our yard, and hope you can enjoy it, too!

This land was recently left to me by my father and is currently being built up to be a sustainable farm. This summer I am have built a massive greenhouse, will be building a chicken coop and next year start fencing in portions of the land for other farm animals. There is enough parking at the top of on the land where the fruit trees and main house is located for your vehicle. There is also enough of a shoulder where the front property line is for street parking. Come join and enjoy the growing amenities during the week and/or with me and my 2 pups on the weekends!
