Rent safe and private dog agility parks hosted by locals in Methuen, Massachusetts

Property is on half an acre with a private fenced in yard. Patio and chairs for owners to relax in while your pups enjoy the completely open space. Mostly sunny limited shade. Available under the deck is: Kiddie pool (summer only) Hose Sprinkler (summer only) Heel sticks Flirt pole Hearding ball Agility equipment: 2 tunnels, weave poles, jump, hoop jump All amenities are included in set rate, we do not charge for extras for amenities. As of April it is very muddy. The pups seem to love the mud but you might want to bring a towel for your car ride home. *Security cameras in use.*

Winter Parking (if you can’t make it down the second driveway due to snow or mud) is at the bottom of my driveway. You’ll see the Sniffspot Parking Sign. Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. **Closed for re-seeding and landscaping the lawn!** Check back in June for availability! — We have a fully fenced in yard (4 feet tall) with multiple elevations to explore near Forestdale Cemetery. We want to share our yard with all dogs, but especially the ones that need a quiet space to enjoy just being a dog outside (especially if the dog park can be too intense). We had a reactive dog, and know how hard that can be. The yard is on a quiet dead end suburban road with plenty of free street parking. Entrance to the yard is up a few steps to the right of the house and driveway and features a Sniffspot sign near the gate door (see pictures). We do have a dog, Nova, who will be kept inside at all times. We love our yard, and hope you can enjoy it, too!

We believe dogs are family so we have worked hard to create a customized experience for you and your furry family that you will remember forever. We offer two separate fenced-in areas that connect. Are you looking to expose/introduce two dogs in a safe and welcoming environment where you can monitor their body language and temperament? If yes, then our space is perfect. Each dog can have their own fenced-in area to play and observe or open the gate and connect the two spaces for your dogs to explore all that we have to offer. Included with other amenities, we offer confidence building equipment, a digging station, stretching board, pools for water (seasonal) and sensory play, enrichment toys, natural fitness stations and more! Have a special request or need? Let us know. We are happy to accommodate if we are able! Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed (seasonal). When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. On the back side of the house is a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels inside the bench (seasonal). Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy with the pooper scoopers and rakes we offer for disposing in our Doggie Dooley Septic Systems (seasonal). In cold weather, and year round, you will also find poop bags in our mailbox located just inside the entry gate. Please pick up and dispose of waste in the garbage pail found near the mailbox. We can't wait to welcome you to our Golden Dog Playground - an oasis set among the woods with distance from the road and neighbors.

This land was recently left to me by my father and is currently being built up to be a sustainable farm. This summer I am have built a massive greenhouse, will be building a chicken coop and next year start fencing in portions of the land for other farm animals. There is enough parking at the top of on the land where the fruit trees and main house is located for your vehicle. There is also enough of a shoulder where the front property line is for street parking. Come join and enjoy the growing amenities during the week and/or with me and my 2 pups on the weekends! Reopening May 4th, 2024, The Pooch Playground is an approximately 1/4 acre fenced playground on a picturesque rural working farm. The pool will not be available until June 1st.
