🚗 LOCATED IN SYKESVILLE, MD (Carroll County) 🚨 Our neighborhood tends to get busier in the late winter / early spring when the weather is just starting to get nice again. You may hear and see more dogs, people, and children during this time. It’s temporary and the neighborhood will quiet down again after the novelty wears off :) 🚨 ** The pool is not available to guests at this time. ** 🐾 Bringing 3 or more dogs? Message us prior to booking for a discount code! 🐕🐩🐕‍🦺 Large open, fenced-in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys out. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

Come hang out at the Pooch Palace! Where you can relax, sit, stay, play, and sniff to your heart’s desire. Our only rules are have fun, play nice, be safe, clean up after yourself, and keep the gates closed!

The yard extends from the house to the next street and is fully fenced. It is long enough that my throws don't reach the back fence, although occasionally a ball lands in neighboring yards if mis-aimed or bounced off trees. The yard also has a patio, deck platform, hammock, hammock chair, bench swing, shed, chairs, a fire pit, and several trees shading the property. Sticks are plentiful and I've provided a bin with several dog toys. A bowl of water is provided and a hose spigot is just outside of the gate if needed. Upon request I can provide a dog wading pool, sprinkler, and/or a portable agility kit. Regarding accessibility, a wheelchair would be fine onto the patio by the house, but it would be difficult to traverse the rest of the yard.

*UPDATE: I’ve enjoyed hosting all the dogs and most of the owners. But there is always someone who breaks rules and ruins it for everyone. Therefore, You MUST have an account and book through it to be here! No extra guests & their dogs are permitted to visit without an account. All vaccines must be up to date AND ON FILE with SniffSpot. NO FRIENDS WITH DOGS ALLOWED UNLESS THEY BOOK THROUGH THEIR OWN ACCOUNT! No exceptions! This is a liability & safety issue for all involved! If you show up with more dogs and people than on your reservation you will be asked to leave! Tell your friends to setup an account and submit ALL CURRENT VACCINE RECORDS TO SNIFFSPOT! This property is 6.5 acres with a 2 acre fenced in yard. 5 minutes off Pennsylvania turnpike and interstate 83. Quiet setting back off a dead end road. A 4 acre meadow is in back if you’d like to use it but it is outside the fence. Nothing but woods beyond that field. Toys & water if I’m home. I sometimes have guests with dogs who compete in agility trials. I will ensure their dogs are inside during your visit. A hose for water is out back by the porch. Indoor private dog park

We are a local dog training company and want to rent out our field when not in use! We have a fully fenced in area for your dog to run around chasing a ball or even to try out our competition standard agility equipment! We do have a couple of balls but if you prefer to bring your own that’s also fine. You will have the entire space to yourself without any other dogs, we do ask that you bring your own water bowl but we do have a hose you can use to fill it up! Parking is permitted in the drive way as well. Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out!
