They feel quite secure as they are surrounded by bush which acts as a bit of a natural fence . I do encourage all guests to explore the unfenced areas as well as they add so much more space and variety, even if it is just once and on a leash/long line. Just your private booking on beautiful rural acreage in East Maple Ridge. What Makes This Spot Paw-some: Size & Layout: Over 2 acres of usable fenced pasture (part of our full 8-acre property), flat and grassy with plenty of room to run. Ideal for high-energy dogs, reactive pups or multi-dog families. Fencing: Secure 4-5 ft perimeter fencing (no gaps—we’ve double-checked for escape artists!). Small shelter for shade or rainy-day lounging. Amenities: Fresh water, waste station with bags & disposal, kiddie pool for cooling off on hot days, shaded seating bench for you. Bring your own toys, balls, or agility gear or use ours —there’s space for training or just pure play. Note: on the few occasions when the temperature is below freezing we have to turn the water off so please bring a water bottle for your pup on those days. We've added a photo booth that will be updated seasonally. Feel free to take some awesome pics of your pups there. Year-round access—muddy spots are minimal. Access & Parking: Easy driveway pull-in off 108th Avenue. Park in our designated sniffspot spot. We’re dog-friendly hosts (our pups stay indoors during bookings). Dogs must be on leash until you get inside the fenced area. Whether it’s a quick 30-minute burnout session or a full hour of zoomies, this spot is all yours—private bookings only, with 30-minute buffers between guests for ultimate peace. We have down-time during the day that may be a great opportunity to give your dog a fun time on our property. Everything is fenced in and up to regulations for a dog business. There is a pond available for swimming, ( bring towels ) dog jumps in the back, and plenty of room for your dog to run around. Please park up top using the easy driveway, and walk ( with the dog leashed as you may pass by goats in a field ) walk down the hill past the kennel building and through the gates. Please turn the vacant / occupied gate signs as you come and go . Sniffspot signs will show you the way. Please poop scoop and take it with you. Bags are provided. Woof!

Welcome to our fully fenced, spacious yard—perfect for your dog to run, play, and explore. The space offers both sunny and shaded areas, along with plenty of grass. Toys, balls, water dishes, waste bags, and treats are provided. For pet owners, there is seating, water, shade, and a fire table for evening use (please ensure it is turned off before leaving). **Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly, by putting your dogs bagged soil in the garbage (The large Black Bin, Not the smaller one please) at the side of the House where you enter through the Black Gate. As well as please Put your garbage in the Black Garbage bin on the patio or the same at the black gate. We’re also excited to be adding a dog play structure soon for even more fun. Please enter through the black gate along the side driveway and ensure it is securely closed before letting your dog off leash. There is a temporary fence on one side with a very small gap underneath; however, it is not large enough for most dogs to pass through. When leaving Please make sure Gate is locked and closed properly. If you have any questions or need anything during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
