Unfenced Private Dog Park on Frog Hill - Standalone

We generally offer these fields as part of our main spot, but have opened them up as a standalone when we need access to our fenced yard or driveway. These fields are unfenced, but private as they back onto woods/bush and not a road/neighbour. We live on a hillside and have stepping stones to connect the side and lower field. I would recommended wearing footwear appropriate for a small hike. Street parking only. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD

Welcome to our fully fenced, spacious yard—perfect for your dog to run, play, and explore. The space offers both sunny and shaded areas, along with plenty of grass. Toys, balls, water dishes, waste bags, and treats are provided. For pet owners, there is seating, water, shade, and a fire table for evening use (please ensure it is turned off before leaving). Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. We’re also excited to be adding a dog play structure soon for even more fun. Please enter through the black gate along the side driveway and ensure it is securely closed before letting your dog off leash. There is a temporary fence on one side with a very small gap underneath; however, it is not large enough for most dogs to pass through. If you have any questions or need anything during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Coming here will feel like you are in the country with the beauty of the mountains, a field to run in and a trail to hike in. *Please note that the acreage is a total of 86 acres including the crop areas. There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have! We have a small white bench in the yard, but please let me know if additional seating is needed. 🌲🌳🐕 We also have unfenced areas that are included in the booking. They feel quite secure as they are surrounded by bush which acts as a bit of a natural fence . I do encourage all guests to explore the unfenced areas as well as they add so much more space and variety, even if it is just once and on a leash/long line. Small shelter for shade or rainy-day lounging. Amenities: Fresh water, waste station with bags & disposal, shaded seating bench for you. Bring your own toys, balls, or agility gear—there’s space for training or just pure play. Note: on the few occasions when the temperature is below freezing we have to turn the water off so please bring a water bottle for your pup on those days. Scenery & Vibes: Lush green grass (mowed regularly) and classic Whonnock tranquility. Spot wildlife from afar (deer, birds) without any farm animals on-site. Year-round access—muddy spots are minimal. Access & Parking: Easy driveway pull-in off 108th Avenue. Park in our designated sniffspot spot. We have down-time during the day that may be a great opportunity to give your dog a fun time on our property. Everything is fenced in and up to regulations for a dog business. There is a pond available for swimming, ( bring towels ) dog jumps in the back, and plenty of room for your dog to run around. Please park up top using the easy driveway, and walk ( with the dog leashed as you may pass by goats in a field ) walk down the hill past the kennel building and through the gates. Please turn the vacant / occupied gate signs as you come and go . Sniffspot signs will show you the way. Please poop scoop and take it with you. Bags are provided. Woof!
