55I was so excited to visit Barry’s Lucky Pawsome SniffSpot because the photos and reviews looked amazing—and it did not disappoint! The morning of my booking I wasn’t feeling well, and Barry sent a kind welcome message. I let him know I wasn’t sure if I’d make it and asked if there was any chance I could come later that day. He was so understanding and flexible, immediately rescheduled me for 5:30 without me having to do a thing.
As the day went on, work ran late and we couldn’t leave until 6:30. Barry was incredible—when I told him we’d be late, he reassured me not to worry and said to take our time and enjoy once we arrived. He even left fish food by the pond for us to feed the fish, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The property itself is amazing:
• Clearly marked trails that made exploring easy and enjoyable
• A beautiful creek the dogs absolutely loved
• A bakery on site with both dog treats and human treats
• Plenty of fresh water for the pups
This was by far our best SniffSpot experience! Barry went above and beyond to make sure our visit was stress-free and enjoyable. We cannot wait to go back, and I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a special outing with their pups. The host couldn’t be better, and the space is truly one-of-a-kind.

I was so excited to visit Barry’s Lucky Pawsome SniffSpot because the photos and reviews looked amazing—and it did not disappoint! Primo and I had an absolutely amazing experience in this Sniffspot. The space was more incredible than described —spacious, peaceful, and filled with natural, rustic charm. The trail was clearly marked, so even when my human was taking way too many pictures of me being majestic, we never got lost. 10/10 would sniff again. The perfect off leash day out with plenty of squirrels to test my recall and off leash skills.
Also important: the humans won’t get lost either. The path is super easy to follow — even for humans who can’t sniff their way back to the car.
No fence, but honestly, who needs one when there’s so much space to frolic, zoom, and ponder existential things like “why don’t squirrels want to be my friend?”
If you’re looking for a place to unleash your inner wolf (or sun-worshipper), Barry’s 5 acres is where it’s at.
Already dreaming of my next trip back — might even roll in some more mysterious smells next time. (You’re welcome, car seat.)
