The pasture was originally used for goats so there are lots of interesting smells. Picnic table and outdoor furniture for humans or dogs underneath shade trees. Climbing structure. Trash and dog bags available. Entrance is 80 yards away from residence. Minutes from 485/Lawyers Rd - easy to find, easy to get to!

Facebook video for property description! https://www.facebook.com/reel/857593750109937 This is a very quiet place on a country road where your dogs can be off leash and free to explore nature. The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! In the summer, though, the creek dries up until the fall rains come. You can always message us to find out if there is water in the creek before your visit. There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

Lexi's Fully Fenced Private Yard with Agility Equipment for Rent!

Fully fenced in yard to run around in! Play fetch, frisbee, or work on some agility tasks! Gate located off driveway, table and chairs to relax at while the pup plays. Available agility equipment are jumps, tunnel, dog walk, table, tire hoop, mini A-frame/dog walk trainer. Yard is regularly sprayed (safe for pups) for mosquitos so it will be a bug free experience! Please note that I do not charge extra for the agility equipment, so sometimes it may not be out on the lawn due to mowing. If you are renting truly for the agility equipment, please book a few days in advance and let me know, thanks! Security cameras are on the property.

About anything you would need for a dog to enjoy a rump in the yard. Any of it you can move so that they can run freely. Have a garden hose to hand sanitizer to poop bags to let them run free and enjoy their self. 4ft. Split rail fence. Please enter in the fargate where the sign says sniff spot. Make sure the gate is shut. I will be setting up a holding area for dogs that come and go out of the door soon. Capability of blocking off for small dogs from the larger dogs. Will be adding things as we go. Privacy in the back. Shelter along the basement area for inclement weather or relaxing. Radio available and chargers are available for phones.
