Brody's Fully Fenced Yard In Lansing

Fully Fenced
0.25 acres

This is a work in progress, but we hope to evolve into a fun little paradise for you and your pets! About a .25 acre well shaded, U shaped yard to sniff and run in. Makes for a nice little pit stop during a walk or other outing in the neighborhood. There is yard debris here and there while we continue to improve the yard, but it is out of the main play/walking areas. There's also a garden we request pets stay out of, it is marked off. 70% of the fence is 6 ft privacy, the rest is 4 ft welded wire. My neighbors do have dogs in the adjacent yards on the privacy fence section throughout the day, so may not be the best spot for reactive dogs. There are 2 residential cats, please keep this in mind as well. There are dog toys, a tug toy installed in the big tree, a kiddie pool, and a hose. There are a few chairs provided along with a Scooper and a bagged bucket for waste disposal. We are open to suggestions and look forward to making this a nice little getaway.

FAQ about our Old Everett Neighborhood dog parks

Are private dog parks better than public dog parks in Old Everett Neighborhood?

Yes, private dog parks in Old Everett Neighborhood eliminate the major risks of public facilities: unpredictable dog encounters, inattentive owners, disease transmission, and chaotic environments. With Sniffspot's 4 private locations in Old Everett Neighborhood, you get complete privacy during your booking, professionally maintained spaces, and flexible scheduling. No more worrying about aggressive dogs or unsafe conditions. Edwin's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Lansing and other highly-rated Old Everett Neighborhood locations consistently receive 5-star reviews for safety and cleanliness.

Are Sniffspot dog parks in Old Everett Neighborhood safe for all dog types?

Absolutely! Old Everett Neighborhood Sniffspot locations welcome puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel overwhelmed at public parks, high-energy dogs needing room to run, and reactive dogs requiring privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets exactly the environment they need with no compromises. Whether your dog is friendly, selective, anxious, or anywhere in between, Old Everett Neighborhood has 4 options to match their temperament.

When can puppies start visiting dog parks in Old Everett Neighborhood?

Puppies can visit Old Everett Neighborhood Sniffspot locations as soon as they have age-appropriate vaccinations (typically around 8-10 weeks with their first round of shots). Unlike public dog parks where you'd wait until puppies are fully vaccinated at 16+ weeks, Sniffspot's private bookings eliminate disease risk from unknown dogs. This early, safe socialization in Old Everett Neighborhood helps prevent fear and reactivity issues later. Many Old Everett Neighborhood trainers specifically use Sniffspot for puppy development.

How do I find private dog parks near me in Old Everett Neighborhood?

Browse Old Everett Neighborhood's 4 private dog parks on Sniffspot by entering your zip code or neighborhood. Filter by distance (within 5, 10, or 25 miles), then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities like dog water parks or small dog parks. Each Old Everett Neighborhood listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Edwin's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Lansing is particularly popular among Old Everett Neighborhood dog owners.

Are Old Everett Neighborhood dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many Old Everett Neighborhood Sniffspot hosts specifically mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're sized appropriately for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs can be intimidated or injured by larger dogs, Old Everett Neighborhood private bookings give your small dog the entire space. Filter for secure fencing with no gaps, smaller yard sizes, and hosts who cater to petite pups. Some Old Everett Neighborhood dog park locations even have separate small dog areas.

What's the difference between Sniffspot and public dog parks in Old Everett Neighborhood?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Old Everett Neighborhood mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. You can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 4 Old Everett Neighborhood locations give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, you get amenities like dog water parks, small dog parks, and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Do Old Everett Neighborhood dog parks allow senior dogs?

Yes! Old Everett Neighborhood Sniffspot locations are excellent for senior dogs who need gentle exercise without the stress of public dog parks. Older dogs can explore at their own pace, rest when needed, and avoid being knocked over by rambunctious dogs. Look for Old Everett Neighborhood spots with flat terrain, shaded areas, easy access, and smaller sizes if your senior has limited mobility. The privacy means your older dog can enjoy off-leash time safely and comfortably.

Can I rent a private dog park in Old Everett Neighborhood by the hour?

Yes! All 4 Sniffspot locations in Old Everett Neighborhood are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer if needed. Book instantly through the platform, arrive during your time slot, and have the entire space to yourself. Many Old Everett Neighborhood dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise for their dogs.
