We’re excited to share our private 2-acre organic apple orchard with you and your dog! It is completely enclosed with a 10-foot tall fence. It’s great for dogs who love to run as well as those who need a quiet place to explore. Because our farm sits a bit off the main road, it is usually a peaceful and relaxing environment. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, trees in bloom, and our sunflower patch! There is occasional mud especially right after a rain. There are bee boxes located outside of the back/northern fence line (your dog will not be able to access them). Due to the nature of our property and the outdoor environment, I cannot guarantee the absence of wildlife, wildlife scat, insects, mud, fallen fruit, weather-related conditions, or other natural elements. Beagle Boot Camp

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.

Miller Road Bark Yard 📣🐕

Open Sunup to Sundown, almost every day. Maybe not be up to that walk again? or you feel your dog isn't getting to "run" enough? We have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress!
