Yoko's 12 Acres Quiet Meadow & 1 Acre Hidden Pond behind the Red Barn

Partially Fenced
12 acres

Where Dogs Run Free, and Humans Slow Down There are easier places to exercise a dog. But this is a place to exhale. Nestled among meadows, towering trees, and a spring-fed pond, this private retreat offers something increasingly rare: space. Space to run. Space to wander. Space to think. Space to do absolutely nothing. Dogs arrive and immediately understand. They sprint through the open fields, follow trails of scent through the grass, splash into the pond, and explore at their own pace. Humans usually take a little longer. They settle into the shade beneath the trees. Listen to the wind moving across the water. Watch clouds drift over the pond. And slowly remember what quiet feels like. We’ve intentionally left the land natural. No crowds. No traffic. No barking from neighboring dog parks. No pressure to hurry. Just open sky, green fields, cool water, and the freedom to enjoy them together. Some days bring bright sunshine and dragonflies skimming the pond. Other days bring dramatic summer clouds rolling across the horizon, turning the landscape into something that feels almost timeless. Every visit is a little different. But the feeling is usually the same. Your dog leaves tired. You leave lighter.

Beth's 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Holly

Fully Fenced
3 acres

Our property is a dogs dream! We no longer have a dog of our own, but when our grand dog comes over, she has stated it feels like Disney world! We have 3 fully fenced acres perfect for exploring and chipmunk chasing and a pond perfect for swimming! No areas are off limits other than our decks. Occasionally the neighbor dog is out to say hello with a bark but he is friendly and typically gets called inside after a quick hello. Our neighbors are very kind if you happen to see them as well, but again there is a fence between our neighbors!

Monarch Hills Farm Private Dog Trails With Lake View In Holly

Unfenced
59 acres

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

Frequently asked questions about Lansing dog water parks

What amenities do Lansing dog water parks typically include?

Lansing dog water parks feature amenities designed for swimming and water play: swimming pools, splash pads, and waterfront water access, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Lansing hosts customize their spaces. Browse 47 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

How much does it cost to use Lansing dog water parks?

Sniffspot runs on a membership model with monthly and annual plans that include credits toward Lansing dog park bookings. Members get discounted rates at participating Lansing spots, and new users can start with a 7-day free trial. There are no surprise booking fee. Your credits cover the reservation. Browse Lansing dog water parks listings to see individual spot pricing, and check your membership dashboard to see how many credits you have available.

How clean are private dog water parks in Lansing compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Lansing see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog water parks have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Lansing hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Lansing dog water parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Lansing dog water parks offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Lansing private dog water parks let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog water parks in Lansing?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Lansing that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Lansing dog water parks have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Lansing dog water parks allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Lansing dog water parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Lansing where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Lansing dog water parks for special events?

Many Lansing dog water parks welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Lansing hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Lansing dog water park listings for event policies.

How do Lansing dog water parks accommodate dogs with special needs?

Lansing dog water parks are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Lansing special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
