I’m out there a lot throwing tennis balls and sticks, and tending to my flowers. There are still a few bare spots, where I’ll plant more grass seed, but I’ll have straw on top, in case we had rain. So, you shouldn’t have muddy paws to clean 😊

I have a .26 acre lot that is fully fenced in for your dog to come and hang out. If you live in an apartment building and want to be able to let your dog run free, this is the place. I have chairs outside for you to sit if need be. We have a dog but she will stay inside if you want while your dog is here. Please message after reservation for gate code. Also, new clients look for a first time discount to try my spot. I hope it is enjoyable as I can make it. I hope to add more amenities for both dogs and humans in the future. I've been hosting since September of last year and have added new things since then.

We are a nut free household & yard due to severe allergies. Please be sure to keep us that way. 💚 Our backyard is a big 6ft fenced in area with a play structure, a trampoline, a ride on car track, and sand box that little humans are welcome to use with supervision & assumption of risk. We have a back deck that is open for use with while your pup plays. Our home is host to 3 adults, 2 kids, 3 cats, and a 3.5 year old mini Aussie. Akk pets are up to date on vaccinations and altered. Ruby, the Aussie is available to work play with other pups or to work with owners to help their dogs work on manners. Ollie (12) and I are pretty awesome at loose leash training, basic commands and magic tricks. I do plan to convert a section of the yard into an agility area to train and challenge our Ruby. I would be happy to be paid in pup obstacles to help develop the area. Notice: our yard is pet wet and muddy at the moment from the recent snow melt. I’ll be adding a paw and boot washing station and leave out a bucket of warm water for guests if desired 💚

Five acres conveniently located in southeast Lincoln. Our property is heavily wooded with a 4 ft wide mowed walking trail that circles the area. Although hidden by the woods, part of our land backs up to the Beal Slew. We have no fences and the space is yours to explore with your canine companions. Large ½ acre fully fenced in back yard. Lots of open space for plenty of running and exercise. Parking out front, we live on a dead-end circle. Table & chairs, outdoor shaded cemented patio w/ dog friendly furniture, hammock, saucer swing, swing set, picnic table, lots of trees for shade and relaxation, generally quiet neighborhood. My yard connects to 4 other neighbors yard, one has a medium schnauzer dog that can be in his yard at times and may bark, my other neighbor has chickens and large bunnies that can be seen sometimes. I have a Beagle dog and a cat that can be visible and audible at times as well. I provide doggie bags, toys, water, and sometimes even treats. Gate is located on the west side of the house. Please pick up your dog waste and dispose in blue doggie waste can located by the gate.

I have about .75 fenced acres up by my house that my personal dogs use, but is also available to rent. This area is fully fenced and has some great digging spots according to my dogs. I also have about an acre and a half available for rent that IS NOT FENCED. This spot is ideal for high energy breeds with great recall already established. There are a few trees in the field to provide shade, but the rest is wide open. There is also an apple tree in the field that guests are more than welcome to pick from during season (September- early October). These make great dog treats as well, as long as they are not eating copious amounts and eating the seeds.
