Toni's 20 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Crossville

Fully Fenced
20 acres

Come visit our beautiful spot out in the historical Cumberland Homesteads! Set on 20 acres with a 1935 original homestead house, your fur babies will be able to run and play to their heart's content! This spot is very wide open and peaceful with beautiful scenery. During the summer months, feel free to pick blackberries that grow all along the backside of the field, either to take or enjoy during your stay; Great treat for your fur babies also ;) ! During the fall you will have an amazing view of the entire woodline trees changing colors, and in winter months enjoy the beautiful mountain view that is more visible as the trees start to lose their leaves! You can walk the entire field, explore, and enjoy the peace with your babies! The woods are part of the property, so if you'd like to explore and hike the woods, feel free! There is a small creek that runs through the woods that flows really well after a good rain. You may also see a few deer in the morning or evening! Feel free to set up your lawn chairs and just relax while your babies run wild!

BNP ranch off leash adventures

Partially Fenced
60 acres

We have 60 acres, split by an old logging road. The road is approximately 1.5 miles from the county road cutoff through the property. The elevation drops gradually from 950' to about 500' at the end. There's a perineal creek flowing through the property, that crosses over at a unique outcropping. Natural springs, varied terrain, and animal trails are abundant off the main road. It's a great place for off leash adventures, both for pets and pet parents!

How many dog hiking trails are in Livingston?

Livingston offers 7 dog hiking trails ranging from compact spaces to properties spanning acres. You'll find options such as dog field, fully fenced dog park, dog agility park, and more. Each Livingston dog hiking trail listing shows detailed photos, amenities, fencing specs, and reviews from local dog owners.

Are Livingston dog hiking trails good for all dog types?

Yes! Livingston dog hiking trails work for every dog: puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel safer without large breeds, high-energy dogs requiring space, and reactive or anxious dogs needing privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets the environment they need. Browse Livingston's 7 options to find spaces matching your dog's specific temperament and needs.

Will I encounter other dogs at Livingston dog hiking trails?

Not a chance. Livingston dog hiking trails operate on a strict one-booking-at-a-time system, so the space is entirely yours during your reserved slot. Host dogs are kept away, and there's a mandatory 30-minute buffer between bookings—meaning you won't cross paths with the previous or next guest. For Livingston owners with reactive dogs, puppies, or any dog needing privacy, this makes all the difference in providing safe, stress-free exercise.

Are Livingston dog hiking trails safe for fearful or anxious dogs?

Yes! Livingston dog hiking trails provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. Since bookings are completely private with 30-minute buffers, anxious dogs can explore a natural outdoor path where dogs can explore varied terrain off-leash in a safe, private environment without overwhelming encounters. Many Livingston dog owners specifically choose dog hiking trails for fearful dogs who need gentle, stress-free exercise environments.

Can puppies use Livingston dog hiking trails?

Absolutely! Livingston dog hiking trails are excellent for puppy socialization because they're private and controlled. Puppies can explore a natural outdoor path where dogs can explore varied terrain off-leash in a safe, private environment, practice recall, and build confidence without the overwhelming chaos that can create fear or reactivity in young dogs. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting.

How do I choose the best dog hiking trail in Livingston?

Start by filtering Livingston's 7 dog hiking trails for your specific needs: secure fencing for escape artists, "fewer dogs seen/heard" for reactive dogs, flat terrain for seniors, appropriate sizing for small dogs, or specific amenities for training. Look for "Top Spots" like Livingston's Toni's 20 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Crossville with excellent reviews.Read feedback from other Livingston owners with similar dog types to find your perfect match.

What are Livingston's dog hiking trail requirements?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or titers. Each Livingston host may have additional rules on their listing. Most dog hiking trails welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit public dog parks. Adult supervision is required at all times.
