Thank you ☺️ 4 acres of doggy paradise. Fully fenced. Large pond for your dog to cool down, lots of smells, 12 feet tall “mountain” for athletic dogs. Lots of natural shade plus shade sails. Hanging hammock. For your convenience: *dog toys * towels (please ask us if there are no towels in the bins or they got wet). * first aid kit * dog bowl * hand sanitizer * poop bags * dog swimming vest * drinking water (5 gallon jog) * large bowl of ice (available upon request when host is on site) * restroom (available at the barn, please note that you might encounter people if you walk in the barn) NOTE: there are no people/dogs at the sniff spot but you can encounter people while walking through the property to access the spot. If your dog is human reactive please contact us before booking as on weekends mornings and M-F after 5 there might be people on the property (there are never people at the sniff spot, but sniff spot is part of 26 acres property and there might be people at the other parts of the property). Please keep in mind, there is a resident dog on site, Labrador Big Max, therefore it is crucial that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, so Big Max is inside and does not come to greet you. There is lots of space to park, please don’t drive on the lawn, it is a short walk from parking to the spot entrance. Thank you for understanding. Come enjoy this 1/2 acre fully fenced grass play space on a private horse farm. Clean and secure area. Large oak tree with plenty of shade. Large and small dogs welcome! Plenty of room for your furbaby to run and play. Full use of obstacles! Chairs, Water hose and sprinkler available. No heavy digging. Please bring and remove your own waste baggies.
