We have more than 2 acres of fully-fenced in property that features a large lawn as well as ample "wooded" areas for your dog to run in and explore. There are also a handful of large boulders for your pup to jump on and off of.

Enjoy about 200+ acres of beautiful hills, mountains, creeks, apple orchard, farm animals (goats, chickens, horses) and non labeled trails. The trails are alittle rocky & sometimes muddy dependent on what time of the year of course but you most definitely will run into some wild creatures There are also dog friendly restaurants a few miles away and airBnBs in this area that you can enjoy :)

There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! If you’d like exposure for your pup(s) to other animals, we also have 3 dogs, 1 blind/deaf cat, and chickens! Beautiful open field both in front and back. Located on a road with farms and horses right next door. There is also and small fenced in area that can be used for those dogs who would like something more intimate. There are chickens on the property but they do not bother. The property is 10 acres and if requested owner and pet can take a hike down the property.

My property is not fenced in any way but is surrounded by woods and a private driveway (left of the pond) which is currently not used frequently. My property is located in the town of Rochester in the hamlet of Accord (12404). My house is at the end of a private road. After turning onto Bank St, stay to the left and follow the gravel road to the end. You can park to the left just after the flag pole but please do not block a garage door.
