We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. There's a lot for a dog to do while visiting; we have swimming, hiking, animal sightings, and more. One of Molly's favorite things to do is swim in the creek that runs through the property, there's even a small beach where you can dig and play after swimming. There's a large wood pile and downed trees all over that you can climb on. Sometimes a fox or deer will visit the woods when your outside. Welcome to Woofing Woods! Located on a quiet road in Harmony Twp/Ambridge (Beaver County, PA), Woofing Woods is about 5.25 acres of my woodland, non-level, unfenced, private property for your pup's enrichment, exercise, and fun! My backyard slopes downhill and becomes wooded. This is where the trail begins! At the bottom you'll find a supply station, and you'll see three main trails to explore. If you explore past the field and cross the stream, the very back of the property levels out and feels very much like a secluded nature park. Please consider whether my spot is a good fit for you and your pup due to the terrain and unfenced aspects of the property. My Sniffspot is also not great for small kids or possibly older joints and bones on pups. If you need or prefer level ground or cement with fencing then we're probably not a great fit!
