It’s a fully fenced backyard in a beautiful neighborhood with ample street parking. Big enough to throw a ball as far as you can (if you’re me haha) & it’s still inside the fence. The grass gets cut every 2.5-3 ish weeks so the grass may be taller or shorter depending on where you fall during that timeframe.
