Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

The property is split into two levels with the lower backyard level having creek access. Perfect for pups to cool off on hot summer days. Plenty of sun and shade throughout the property. Come enjoy this secluded and beautiful property today! *Let them play in the creek from bend to bend! The Metro Parks owns 200 acres that butt up to my property (meeting halfway into the creek). Discover our partially fenced & spacious backyard, the destination for a pup adventure! Room to roam, run with secure fencing for worry-free playtime. Also available plenty of area for a quiet hike through the woods, with trees, and bushes to explore and a creek to play swim n play. During warm months hose, and baby pool available. Fresh drink water available for dogs. Table and chairs for human comfort.

1 acre of relaxation and recreation. Open field, wooded area and a small hill leading to The Black River. Your dogs will LOVE romping around the yard, hill as well as playing and swimming in the river! Also, you can stay as long as you’d like and I don’t charge extra. My fee is for the day, you can even leave and come back.

Private property - 1 acre unfenced access to Blockers Run; maintained creek bank and bed with step access, fire pit/tiki torches (wood and matches may or may not be provided - please bring your own just in case), seating, mowed open field. Parking off-road through grasses in field just before the bridge. Please do not allow yourself or dogs to go up past the pallet garden. Pine trees and tall grass alongside are property boundaries. We own part of the property across the creek up to the birch tree cluster. Please pick up after your dogs. Trash can is not provided due to wildlife. Property monitored with security and wildlife cameras. Not accessible during or immediately after heavy rainfall due to water safety.

Lots of land for your dogs to run and play. Land is not fenced in. Wild animals might be seen deer, geese, ducks, snakes etc.

Explore over two parcels, almost 7 acres of open fields, wooded areas, and diverse sense for your furry friends to enjoy! Let your dogs run free, play, fetch, or simply revel in the natural surroundings. Please be prepared for muddy conditions during the season and bring appropriate footwear.

Pup spot $10 per hour per dog For use of guest house with pup spot $35 per hour with 1 dog. Add additional $5 per hour per dog, maximum 3 dogs per visit. All household amenities are available and ihandicap accessible. Food/snacks are not included but you are welcomed to cook during your stay! 5 hour max per visit

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Not only do we offer our yard but we also offer training and boarding. I’m a CGC evaluator and certified in animal welfare and behavior. All dogs on site must be fully vaccinated- bordetella included. Dogs also must be current on worm prevention- poo must be picked up and put into the waste can provided.

Duke’s K9 Dash N’ Splash owns over 10 acres of beautiful county land, that’s dedicated to all things dog sports. Dock diving, FCAT, frisbee. scentwork, SAR field and now offering 5 acres to Sniffspot guests. Most amenities at our dog sport complex require scheduled appointments (like use of the pools) on our website but the 5 acres north of the parking lot is available to Sniffspot guests.
