Nestled along Uhl Road, this off-leash haven offers the perfect blend of wide-open space, shaded exploration, and water play for your pup. 🌲 The Property & Features Separate Lot & Unfenced: This property is unfenced. Our 5-acre meadow is located in a beautiful, semi-rural area directly across the street from our main 20-acre residence. It sits on its own separate lot with no homes or residential windows directly facing the space. Please note that while there are no houses adjacent to the field, it is located along a country road. You will likely hear passing cars, local traffic across the creek, neighboring roosters, or occasional barking dogs. Neighbors also occasionally walk along the road. If your dog is highly reactive or easily distracted by these types of sights and sounds, please keep this environment in mind! Open Run Meadow: A massive, grassy meadow perfect for high-energy fetching, training, or just letting your dog run at full speed. Shaded Trails: A scenic walking trail cuts directly through a mature canopy of trees, offering a cool, sniff-rich path from the parking area straight into the main meadow. Creek Access: Treat your pup to a refreshing splash! The property boundary includes easy, direct access to a natural creek at the southern edge of the meadow. 🚗 Parking & Arrival Dedicated Spot: Easy parking is located directly off Uhl Road on the park side of the street (opposite our main 20-acre residence and driveway). I need to start off by saying this is a private, working farm and home. You may see people at our home, animals in a fenced enclosure as described. Please know this before you come. Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink/red flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods!
