Set on a 0.6 acre of level, fully fenced land, this beautifully maintained space offers room to roam, train, and relax in complete privacy and peace of mind. The property blends open pasture charm with thoughtful luxury, featuring agility equipment and engaging toys for playful enrichment, along with comfortable seating where guests can unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in (we fill the pool every day, but can get the extra to have it freshly filled for your pup) Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.
