Nestled on the edge of Hocking Hills. No fenced-in area, 3 acres of land with pond access. Visitor responsible for excrement clean-up. Peaceful environment in nature to reset and relax with your pet. We also rent out our kayaks and a canoe. The canoe does have a small leak, so it will get water in it slowly. We treat the pond throughout the year with pond dye and algaecide as well as muck away. We also aerate it occasionally with the fountain. This is a pond though, if your pets jump in, they will get muddy, and they will smell like a pond, so please take that into account if you plan to let them swim. I put filtered water out before you comefor your pets to drink. The pond water is not for drinking. If you are a Karen, go somewhere else. I do this to let others enjoy my property. The little money from sniffspot doesn't even help with maintenance. Located on a township road. Very minimal traffic. We don’t see other dogs, but you can hear our neighbors dogs on the hill. Occasionally our older neighbors across the road get in or out of the car or mow the yard. Otherwise you rarely see people. We have the occasional deer, squirrels, birds. The creek is accessible and not deep but leads into our little wooded area. We have an outdoor water faucet that’s accessible at all times for water. Swing set too.

CONTACT BEFORE BOOKING!! This spot is a campground meadow surrounded by trees, with the Scioto River running along it, with a beach area for dogs to play in the river if they like. Please message before booking, as it is a campground and we may have campers. If privacy is needed when we have campers, we have a crop field and some empty horse paddocks that you can run them around.

8 foot privacy fence Covers .25 acres Hammock, picnic table, porch swing and patio seating for you to relax while your pup plays! Feel free to bring some food to eat while they play or some friends to keep you company, make it a friend's time out! Small pond that can be enjoyed or if you would prefer you can borrow 1 or 2 of the stubborn invisible fence collars I have. The invisible fence goes under the privacy fence and around the pond to prevent unwanted swimming. There is a large porch with a patio table and chairs if you want to bring something to eat or just sit. A porch swing is also available on the porch while you watch your pup play. The porch also has a rolling gate at the top of the stairs to allow the pups to or not to access the porch. A hammock is down in the yard if you would like to relax there as well. I do not require you pick up your dogs potty as I also have 3 doggos and theres plenty of yard it has never been an issue. No muzzle, leash, or such requirements as it will just be you and who you bring. All breeds and sizes welcome! All I ask is if you have trash please take it with you so my doggos dont access it. And always latch the gate securely when leaving. Beyond those rules, enjoy the yard with your furbaby(s)!💜🐕
