This artificial turf, grass, mulch, and rock backyard has it all! With plenty of shade and seats for your human companion. There’s a saltwater pool that has a maximum depth of 5‘8“. There’s also agility equipment that we can set up if needed. Includes two tunnels, hurdles, a “tire” and weave poles. Lastly, there is a private entry for you to access the backyard

You will need to put your credit card info in. Now book your first visit! Immediately after, go into your account and cancel the subscription. The next time you book, you will still go to the subscription page but you will see a small "skip" button in read on the right of the page. Click on that and proceed to book single visits as usual. Still hurricane recovering but open! We still have some trees down and one part of the path is blocked. Proceeds from Satchel's Place benefit local rescues and pet owners suffering financial hardship. Working with local vets, we can provide financial assistance for pets facing "financial euthanasia" because owners cannot afford medical care for their best friend. Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. Over 3 acres, completely fenced. Cleared area with shade for ball playing, wooded paths for walking. Enjoy privacy in a beautiful, natural setting with your pup! Agility equipment on site (recreational use only). Please note, this is a rural setting. Dogs may be heard barking in the background, but they cannot be seen nor can they enter the site. However, for auditorially reactive dogs, please have them remain on leash until they are comfortable. Owner available for communication at any time through the Sniffspot app.

Because of that, my goal was to create a safe, welcoming environment where dogs can truly be dogs. Our yard is thoughtfully designed to support nose work and enrichment, using dog-safe plants and scent containers that are rotated and refreshed regularly. The space already includes a variety of toys and enrichment activities for dogs to enjoy. At this time, there is an area where dogs may naturally dig and play, which is perfectly fine while ongoing improvements continue. A water hose is available inside the yard, and a dog pool is available for guest use. Guests may fill the pool as needed during their visit. If used, please drain, rinse, and lightly spray it, so it is ready for the next guest. For hygiene reasons, guests are kindly asked to bring their own water bowls. Bringing your own helps ensure cleanliness and allows each dog to use familiar items, especially since the host is not always present to sanitize shared equipment between visits. With the continued support of our guest community, additional amenities may be added or rotated —particularly to enhance comfort during very hot or very cold days. We have a beautifully fenced yard completely turfed with white private fence. Sides are mulched or rocks. A poop station is easily accessible. Toys are situated in toy bin and additional bin where you will find bug spray, towels for you or your dog and a first aid kit. A cooler fully stocked with drinks for you and your pet with water bowls as well. There is always a small cart with snacks for both you and your friend. We try to address your snack preferences before your visit. We do sanitize after every dog and all products used are non toxic and pet friendly. Plants and bushes are dog friendly. We have a large umbrella and places to sit and relax. There are milkweed plants throughout the yard so you will see butterflies floating around. We always try to make our pets happy and so we hope you enjoy the yard. As a dog mom to reactive dogs I understand the challenges that they present. So enjoy the privacy and have some fun.
