Not visible or audible from the back yard! Neighbors dogs across the creek may be outside depending on the time of day. (There may be some mud on rainy days, we had a fallen tree removed and the excavator tore up some grass at the entrance.)

Can be a bit muddy or dusty depending on the season and weather, very tall old tree coverage so yard sits mostly in the shade. Lots of squirrels and the occasional cat. No neighbor dogs on any sides of the shared fence-lines, occasionally a neighbor might be in their yard though. Usually pretty quiet. All we ask is you respect the property and pick up after yourself and pup, and please return any used toys to the bin next to the gate.
