Healing Minis Farm Private Dog Park In North Augusta

Fully Fenced
2 acres

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Welcome to Healing Minis Farm School – Private Dog Park 🌼 We’re so glad you’re here! This is a peaceful, private space created for dogs (and their humans) to explore, sniff, run, and relax in nature. 🐕 A gentle heads-up: You may notice three miniature horses on the property. They are part of Healing Minis Farm School and are not part of the dog park experience unless a supervised horse visit has been booked as an add-on and the owners are present. For everyone’s safety and comfort—dogs, horses, and humans alike—please keep dogs out of the horse area at all times. Even friendly dogs can startle horses, and we want this to remain a calm and positive space for all animals. Thank you for respecting these boundaries and helping us keep the farm safe, serene, and enjoyable for everyone. We hope you and your pup have the best sniffy adventure! 🌾✨

Jen's 100 Acre Private Dog Park and 3.5 miles of trails in Bath, Ontario.

Partially Fenced
100 acres

Daily 7:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. we offer a partially fenced 100 acre property where your dogs can run free. Update for Aug 1 2026: Summer is here and it's very pretty right now! We've got grass, a little mud, earth, wheat and soy fields, trees are filled out, and trails are good. The pond is getting weedy so not great for dogs to swim. The culvert and run off creek are dry now. With summer comes ticks so please take precautions seriously. To assist with tick concerns, we keep 2 large playing fields cut short as well as the main trail. I personally have never picked up ticks in these areas and I walk it almost every day. I do spray my shoes and legs with tick repellent. If you like, now you can drive half way back down the main trail and park in the signed parking area just past the culvert. The parking is on the east side of the main trail. General year round description: Currently, we have 4 official walking trails (3.5 miles approximately). We also have 2 groomed 1 acre field play areas. In warmer months, the main trail and playing fields are cut short if you wish to avoid longish grass. We will cut the side trails once they are dry enough to allow the tractor to go through with the mower. We keep the main trail plowed all winter, and side trails if the snow isn't too deep or heavy. We also offer 2 wooded walking trails, one short and one long. The woods are only recommended spring and fall due to insects but you are free to use the woods whenever you like, as long as it isn't windy. We have chairs available in the first field for you to relax. We have a Chuckit and balls available, fresh well water, bowls, and a garbage can in the first field also. There is a pond at the bottom of the first field to the right. Be advised that in spring there are geese and ducks that nest there; sometimes muskrats and/or otters at any time of the year - please prevent your dogs from harassing the wildlife. I don't recommend the pond for swimming for humans at all and only for dogs in the spring until late May, but dogs swim in there all summer and fall; it's your choice. In winter, the pond poses a danger. Please don't allow people or dogs to go on to the ice. There will be a warning sign in winter. From there we have a mile long gravel walking trail along fields and woods. It's very straight, and if you stay on the trail, you can't get lost. It is very quiet and peaceful. You can often see deer, wild turkeys, vultures, and lots of other birds, sometimes bald eagles. A walk to the end and back is 2 miles and takes 40 minutes at a moderate pace. Part way back the main trail goes through a shallow marsh. In the spring the frogs singing is quite remarkable! Further along there is a small run-off creek and metal culvert that is suitable for dog swimming when it is filled with water. This is marked with orange pylons so is avoidable if you put your dogs back on a lead as you pass. Just past the culvert, there are 2 fields going East that are planted with winter wheat, corn or soybean (these crops are rotated). We often have groomed trails cut around these (dependant on how wet the ground is) that go along woods and takes about 15 minutes, ending back on the main trail. If you just travel along the main trail you will reach the big hill. There is a tree stand at the bottom of this hill that has a deer trail camera on the stair railing facing up the west side of the hill. Going East at the base of the hill is the entrance to The Shady Trail, a nice short trail going through the cedars. The entrance is marked with orange tape and an arrow. This trail ends at a small field with a deer stand in it, a red arrow marks the way back to the main trail. In and back would take about 10 minutes. Part way up this trail, you can take a side trail into the woods and follow the markers from there. Part way up the big hill, there is an entrance to the wooded trails. This marked trail meanders through the woods for about a mile, exiting at the top of the big hill, which is also marked with orange tape and an arrow. The main trail ends at the top of the big hill where you will see a Stop sign. Be dressed for gravel on the trail, uneven footing on the side trails, and potential water and mud puddles on the property in wet seasons and after rain. During spring and summer, prepare for ticks and insects. Wear hats and appropriate insect repellent. ** The main trail can be icy in spots in winter so wear appropriate boots. The main trail runs North/South so if you want a sunny walk, go at midday. A shaded walk, go after 3 p.m. We have a white garbage can for poop but please use biodegradable dog poop bags if you can. *Please remove your dogs' poop wherever they go!* *No smoking on the property* ***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD, $11 per hour for the first dog, subsequent dogs are $5.50/hour. On your way home, stop at MacKinnon's brewery just down the road for food and drinks; there are non-alcoholic options. They are dog and family friendly; an all around great place to visit! River lovers spot!

Unfenced
0.25 acres

RIVER LOVERS’ SPOT IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE…. We are overrun with Canada Geese. The nesting pair were welcome but the number that have moved in since are overwhelming. Their waste has made the site unpleasant. There are 50-80 in residence currently. The adolescents are 75%. Attempts to thwart them have not been as successful as summers past. I will change the calendar (and pics) as the move on. Summer is short!! UPDATE: We are awaiting approval by Dept. Environmental Conservation for ground changes. I’M ANXIOUS AND WILL POST WORD SOON…please be patient 🙁. Follow up 8/10/2022 With summer slipping away and things not changing on our waterfront, I’ve decided to open the calendar and see what happens. Things don’t always go as planned. The water is low. The shore is rocky (but not far in). The natural shore is pretty mucky. And there’s an old dock that needs to be pulled. Mostly cosmetic and negotiable with the keepers of the wetlands. DOGS DON’T CARE. Take a peek and see if it would suit your pup. We’ll be here next year but once it freezes it’s a “no dog” zone. 🐾 Dogs, bring your people and swim, run, or just watch the ships on the St. Lawrence. No fence but there’s more riverfront than road front. Our spot is small, quiet and your only distractions will be shore birds, waterfowl and fish. The shore is low rocks so good footing preferred. The water is shallow. The vistas are perfect. All dogs should have a river spot to share.

Frequently asked questions about Outlet dog water parks

Where can I find dog water parks in Outlet?

Outlet has 14 private dog water parks available through Sniffspot, offering swimming and water play in completely private settings. These locations range from compact spaces to properties spanning 100+ acres. Whether you need a space for your reactive dog, puppy socialization, senior dog gentle exercise, or high-energy play, Outlet dog water parks provide safe, private environments. Filter for "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities, or fencing types to find your perfect match.

How many dog water parks are in Outlet?

Outlet offers 14 dog water parks ranging from compact spaces to properties spanning acres. You'll find options such as dog swimming pool, dog beach, fully fenced dog park, and more. Each Outlet dog water park listing shows detailed photos, amenities, fencing specs, and reviews from local dog owners.

Are Outlet dog water parks good for all dog types?

Yes! Outlet dog water parks work for every dog: puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel safer without large breeds, high-energy dogs requiring space, and reactive or anxious dogs needing privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets the environment they need. Browse Outlet's 14 options to find spaces matching your dog's specific temperament and needs.

Will I encounter other dogs at Outlet dog water parks?

Not a chance. Outlet dog water parks operate on a strict one-booking-at-a-time system, so the space is entirely yours during your reserved slot. Host dogs are kept away, and there's a mandatory 30-minute buffer between bookings—meaning you won't cross paths with the previous or next guest. For Outlet owners with reactive dogs, puppies, or any dog needing privacy, this makes all the difference in providing safe, stress-free exercise.

Are Outlet dog water parks safe for fearful or anxious dogs?

Yes! Outlet dog water parks provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. Since bookings are completely private with 30-minute buffers, anxious dogs can explore a facility featuring pools, splash pads, or water play areas specifically designed for dogs to swim and cool off without overwhelming encounters. Many Outlet dog owners specifically choose dog water parks for fearful dogs who need gentle, stress-free exercise environments.

Can puppies use Outlet dog water parks?

Absolutely! Outlet dog water parks are excellent for puppy socialization because they're private and controlled. Puppies can explore a facility featuring pools, splash pads, or water play areas specifically designed for dogs to swim and cool off, practice recall, and build confidence without the overwhelming chaos that can create fear or reactivity in young dogs. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting.

How do I choose the best dog water park in Outlet?

Start by filtering Outlet's 14 dog water parks for your specific needs: secure fencing for escape artists, "fewer dogs seen/heard" for reactive dogs, flat terrain for seniors, appropriate sizing for small dogs, or specific amenities for training. Look for "Top Spots" like Outlet's Jen's 100 Acre Private Dog Park and 3.5 miles of trails in Bath, Ontario. with excellent reviews.Read feedback from other Outlet owners with similar dog types to find your perfect match.

What are Outlet's dog water park requirements?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or titers. Each Outlet host may have additional rules on their listing. Most dog water parks welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit public dog parks. Adult supervision is required at all times.
