WELCOME to our backyard paradise! 😍🐶 Pool is now heated! 🙌😎 🐶- Price is for 1 dog, every additional dog is 50% off! 🧍🏻🧍🏻‍♀️- Humans can swim too but for additional fee and must be booked in “extra” section when booking!! Max 4 people on property! Welcome to Durham Regions only Sniffspot with in ground salt water pool, and fully fenced 1 acre grass yard! 6 ft high privacy fence allowing your dog to zoom around the whole 1 acre backyard! 🤩 We absolutely love dogs, having 5 rescue dogs of our own, we know how tough it can be to find a safe and secure property for them to run and enjoy themselves! So we created our own little backyard heaven for them and would love to share it with others ! Whether it be your dog needs lots of space to run, or prefers to take it slow and sniff around, maybe they are a bit shy or reactive to other dogs/people, our backyard is the perfect space for them to relax, feel safe and explore on their own terms! Lakes in Ontario are often full of high levels of 🦠 bacteria, which can be harmful to pets, don’t risk it, stay safe by bringing them to the pool ☺️ We do have 5 dogs, so you may hear some barking from inside, but there will be NO visible or personal contact from our dogs. Pool- if you would like to use the pool with your dog, we would be happy to have you come kick back and relax 😎 This is an additional fee per person per hour and must be booked in the “extra” section when booking in your dog(s) We will provide a towel and float for you! 🥰 4 people max, and for 2 hours max. (longer bookings can be accommodated please message to book) No children under 3 in the pool please. No alcohol permitted on the property. There is free street parking either on our street or the side street beside us ✨We don’t supply life jackets for dogs/humans. So if you or your pet is unsure about swimming it is recommended to bring one. ✨ We donate 10% of all profits to a dog rescue that is near and dear to our heart! So we appreciate every single one of you and by visiting us you help dogs in need! 🐶🥹❤️ IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD this is out of our hands, and is put in place by Sniffspot. They also take 22% off the top from us. We looked at a local kennel close to us with a pool, and seen they charge $20 for 20 minutes. So total it would be $60 for an hour. Plus there are lots of other dogs at the facility which doesn’t work well if you have a reactive dog. We on the other hand are 100% private just for you, and our prices are per hour not just 20 minutes. We wanted to price ourselves as fairly as we could to cover our cost, while still staying as cheap as we could for your pet! 🥰 Safety note- You are fully responsible and liable for your personal safety, your kids safety, and your dogs Safety while in the pool and/or on the property and by booking you acknowledged this and have agreed to this. Our property features meandering through lush wooded areas, lined with towering trees that provide ample shade. Natural obstacles like fallen logs, rocks, and low-hanging branches create an exciting environment for dogs to navigate and explore. These sections invite curiosity, with different textures and scents stimulating their senses as they adventure through the underbrush and climb over obstacles. We also offer open fields where dogs can run freely and stretch their legs. These grassy areas provide plenty of space for playful romps, rolling around, or socializing with other dogs. The open space is perfect for burning off energy in a natural, enjoyable setting. Our property features creeks, streams, and a scenic pond for your pooch to explore. Shallow crossings allow dogs to cool off on warmer days, splash around, and drink from fresh water. Small hills and mounds provide opportunities for climbing, jumping, and muscle strengthening, making the terrain dynamic and challenging while offering panoramic views from elevated points.

10 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Courtice

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Text 905-242-4418 for any questions or other inquiries. 10 acre property, approximately 5 acres of dog friendly area. Path around the pond and into the back of the property where there is woods. The back of the property is less maintained and it is only recommended to go back there if you wish to explore and are sure to be safe with your dog on leash, just because the previous owners of the property left some car debris back there that may be harmful to dogs if they are not careful. We take our three Chihuahuas here all the time with no issues. We’ve taken them to the back as well, but usually just stay to the maintained area around the pond. People have heard coyotes and seen coyote trails on the property so if you have a small dog, it is recommended to be on leash just in case. Pond is great for dogs to swim, relatively clean water that our dogs and ourselves swim in. Pond also has an island in the middle, which makes for a cool place for dogs to swim to. Be sure to wash dogs after as there is poison ivy or oak on the island that could stick on dogs fur. Tree farm is not our property please stay off!

Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Rubber boots are recommended! At times the river will be high, and you may only have access to the first half of the trails. Cross the river at your own discretion. There are still plenty of trails to discover! Please be advised that you are in bear territory. Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. There is also bug spray in the cabinet at the trail entrance. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOURSELF AND YOUR PUPS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEY’RE DISGUSTING AND CAN BE HAZARDOUS My place is nearly 200+ acres and can be tricky to find. It’s the 1st house on your left east of the 400 or 1st house on your right west of Jane. When u turn in the drive way follow it to the left and then slight right, you’ll see the house. U can park beside the barn and have an awesome walk, sniff all the things. Bring rain boots or shoes u don’t love lol It can get mucky on the trails at times. Also, there may be farmers out there so if your dog is reactive, maybe come on a weekend. I also LOVE seeing the pics of the pups having a roll in the dirt or just living their best life. Bring on the photoshoot!
