Only 5 minutes from downtown Yorktown and about 8 minutes from Ball State Campus. It's a great spot for your dog to run and play! It's a relatively quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood with lots of barking and people are always out walking with their dogs.
