The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. This place is awesome! If your dog loves water they have an amazing spring fed pond. Our dog splashed around for over 30 minutes. They also have more land than you can even imagine. Our shepherd loved running around in the tall grass. Bring your hiking / outdoor boots and some bug spray. The owner was great to communicate with.

The best Sniffspot in the area! Private little pond and trail for you and your dogs to enjoy without worrying about other people and dogs. The host, Dale, greeted us upon arrival and checked in with us on our way out. We will definitely be back here again soon, as we have two dogs who don’t really care for other dogs. We enjoyed looking at the beautiful wildflowers. There were a ton of frogs swimming in the pond, one was even laying eggs!! You’ll see adorable wild bunnies. Closer to the house they have a few roosters. It truly felt like a little vacation only 30 minutes away from home. You won’t be disappointed!
